* TruerToTheText: Most reenactments of events in old episodes often replace Mario recolors with entirely different characters (though there is a lore explanation in the 10 year anniversary special). Here, all of the recolors from the original episode are preserved with no exceptions.

** As usual with post-2018 [=SMG4=] episodes, certain stronger swears are bleeped out, mainly "fuck" and "shit" ("bitch" is bleeped inconsistently).
** All instances of "rape" are censored, mostly with squeaking sounds except the use after "Only you can prevent", which is instead replaced with "CORONAVIRUS!"
** Instead of Shoop da Whoop, Chica feeds pizza to Pac-Man, due to the...Blackface questionable reputation of the former.

* AllJustADream: After getting jumpscared by Golden Freddy, Mario has a dream where he's Foxy and he's with the other animatronics at a party. When Toad comes up to him and claims he likes spaghetti, Mario responds by biting off part of his head, referencing the Bite of '87. Mario apologizes before he said he was just kidding, only to wake up and realize ThatWasNotADream, making him disappointed that Toad's head wasn't bit off.

Mario works as a night guard at "Freddy Fazbear's Spaghettiria" in hopes of getting spaghetti. Instead, he has to deal with the animatronics' shenanigans.

* JumpScare: Golden Freddy transforms the background into a zoomed in picture of Toad's face, freaking out Mario and causing him to pass out. Mario later does this himself when he enters UnstoppableRage at 5 AM and kills Freddy.
* SwappedRoles: At 5 AM, Foxy and Chica make fun of spaghetti that they found on the floor, saying it "tastes like shit." Mario is heavily offended by this and goes into full UnstoppableRage, shooting Foxy with a rocket launcher and blowing up Bonnie and Chica. Freddy locks himself in the security room, but soon realizes that he's not safe as Mario runs around the spaghettiria until the power runs out. Mario mimics Freddy's "lights out jingle" right before going for the kill with a JumpScare.
* UnstoppableRage: Foxy and Chica shouldn't have made fun of spaghetti. The result is Mario swapping roles with them, killing everyone he reaches.
