The event ended with the Godless accruing [[CurbStompBattle 20 victories to Tuska's 10 and everyone else's 0]]. Therefore Vorago was the one to finally slay Tuska, growing to giant size and punching her before charging up a powerful attack with the Anima Mundi to kill her. Her remains crashed into the ocean outside the Kharidian Desert, where they provide access to Mazcab (a world Tuska had previously visited) as well as the Anima Islands Distraction and Diversion.

You remember Tuska, the mindless boar goddess who destroyed Naragun in Guthix's backstory? The one who was partially responsible for Aagi's death? The one Guthix stabbed in the eye? Yeah, she's back, and she's looking to repeat her act on Gilenor. This is a bad thing, but fortunately, Gilenor's defenders are on the case! Tuska can't be directly killed because she has a shield made of Anima, but that can be overcome. Enter the players, whose job it is to land on Tuska's back (Tuska being ThatsNoMoon-sized) and gather up the wisps of Anima around her (remnants of the worlds she destroyed) and use them to charge a weapon to hit Tuska in her weak point, hopefully weakening her enough that she can be killed ''before'' she reaches Gilenor.

Four factions have [[EnemyMine banded together]] to defeat Tuska: the Godless, represented by Vorago (who's not actually a member of the group, he's just there to protect Gilenor's Anima Mundi), Armadyl, represented by Kamiee (his Head Diviner from the previous event), Saradomin, represented by Bree (a centaur and one of Commander Zilyana's God Wars Dungeon bodyguards), and Zamorak, represented by Moia (his general from the first World Event). Soran, representing Zaros, was there as an observer, hidden in the Shadow Realm. Players could align with any of these factions to gain faction-associated rewards, and the faction with the most people who successfully stabbed Tuska would win for the day (if nobody got enough stabbing done, Tuska would win for the day- bad news for everyone on Gilenor).

The event ended with the Godless accruing 20 victories to Tuska's 10 and everyone else's 0.
