* DisproportionateRetribution: Invoked by Grif. While egging Sarge on, after "negotiations" with Caboose to get Donut back fail, Grif asks Sarge if they should call in a [[NukeEm nuke strike]]. Though Sarge turns this suggestion down since Donut is still inside.
* NukeEm: PlayedForLaughs when Grif asks if they call in a nuke strike on Blue Base after "negotiations have broken down". Though Sarge declines the suggestion due to Donut still being in there, it is pretty obvious command would have never authorized such a tactic even if Grif was being serious.

When Red Team confronts Caboose though, they end up swapping this, though it is because Grif decides to egg Sarge on when he is accusing Caboose of kidnapping and torturing Donut [[{{Troll}} for his own amusement]], and Simmons gets so fed up with the SustainedMisunderstanding he leaves to go take a nap. Even Donut is surprised by this change in attitude when Caboose explains it to him.
