Team Rocket stumbles across another restaurant, Rhoda's, run by a girl named Rhoda with Sneasel as its head chef. Meowth quickly takes a disliking to Sneasel, but Jessie and James want it for Team Rocket.

On one hand, Rhonda's Mr. Mime may not make appetizing food, but at least they put on a show and make the food look inviting to try. On the other hand, Rhoda and her Sneasel go for a minimalistic approach that doesn't capture people's interest, but it makes up for its lackluster appearance by actually tasting good. Ultimately, they combine their philosophies to make food with both tantalizing presentation ''and'' mouthwatering flavor to back it up.
