* FriendsAllAlong: It turns out despite their powers being exact opposites, Darkrai and Cresselia are not enemies, but are in fact friends with each other. Darkrai purposely secludes itself to prevent from causing nightmares in others, and Cresselia lives near it so Darkrai won't be so lonely. It is also revealed Darkrai has been trying to protect Cresselia from Team Rocket the whole time rather than attack it.

* NightmareSequence: Chloe and Dawn have one of these, though ironically enough. It seems to have been caused by Cresselia having a bad dream on its own, rather than being a nightmare created by Darkrai.
