During playgroup, [[Characters/PeppaPig Pedro]] catches a cough, and begins spreading it to all the other kids. When it's time for the kids to be picked up by their parents, all the parents get the cough too, as well as Madame Gazelle. Dr. Brown Bear is called in, but then he ends up catching the cough too, so who will look after him when he is sick?
