The Yodonhelm strikes again, and Shiguru meets up with the rest of the team just as he's about to have a lunch break. When Kiamai Blue reaches to the leader of the grunts, however, Vice Jamenshi puts a vice on his head, temporally putting him out of commission.

Retreating back to the base, the team tries to get rid of the vice stuck on Shiguru's head. However, Sayo has to leave for a while before she can make a breakthrough. Shiguru has to bear through the pain as he's about to do a shooting next.

Juru, Sena and Tametomo keeps a lookout for Shiguru to make sure he's okay. He requests an improvisation, integrating his vice to the scene as a trap laid by the enemies. The character he's playing entrusts his comrades to handle the situation without him, but at a request that they'll return safely. The acting is a success, but Tametomo notices him perspiring from stress.

After returning to his room, Shiguru finally break and cries out in pain. The curtain opens up, revealing Sena, Juru and Tametomo busting him, but Shiguru quickly goes back in his stoic character, insisting that he isn't feeling any pain. The four are then alerted of Vice Jamenshi's attack.

Kiramai Yellow instructs Kiramai Red to leave Shiguru out of the battle since he is heavily handicapped by the vice, but Jetter protests that Shiguru just wants to act cool and shines the brightest in his resilience. Juru then has an idea-enacting the scene Shiguru played earlier, Kiramai Red requests handling Vice Jamenshi while Shiguru temporally stays back. Shiguru approves, requesting the other rangers to return safely.



* TheSmartGuy: This episode gives Sayoa chance to be the brains of the team by making use of her medical field. She diagnoses the curse inflicted on Shiguru and tries ways to getting rid of it, though she has to put on hold for her real job.
