Outside, the Princess is pretending to be a vet and has bandaged up Scruff and put Puss in her doll's pram. Scruff is playing along, but Puss isn't too keen on the game. She then walks off to pretend to treat Gilbert for his alleged injured paw and runs into a sheep. It baas, so she screams and runs, then it picks up Gilbert and carries him away.

The Princess runs to tell the Gardener about the "great big, hairy, scary sheep". They come over, and the Gardener laughs, and says that the sheep, who is revealed to be a ram, is harmless. The Princess retrieves Gilbert and asks what the sheep is doing on the property. The two then become friends, while the Gardener tries to find out where the sheep came from, and the Princess names the sheep Sheepy.

The Princess brings Sheepy into the living room, plans to play catch with him, and introduces him to the King and Queen. Then, in the Princess's bedroom, she puts him on her bed with the other pets. She takes out a toy stethoscope but then is called to lunch.

The Princess, the pets, and Sheepy go down to lunch, but the Chef says that sheep aren't allowed in the kitchen. Then, he discovers that Sheepy smells bad, so the Princess goes off to bathe him. However, the Queen insists that sheep aren't allowed in the bathroom, so she bathes him outside in the kiddie pool instead.

Then, Sheepy pulls the Princess and the pets along in a wagon, the Princess races with Sheepy on her trike, and then she plays fetch with him. She wants to keep him as a pet, but then the Gardener arrives and reveals that Sheepy lives on a nearby farm.

The Princess, pretending she wants to say goodbye to everyone, tries to hide Sheepy but he can't climb trees, won't fit behind the easy-chair, and escapes from under a towel. However, she does manage to find a hiding spot. The King and Queen arrive and tell the Princess that you can't keep sheep inside. They ask where Sheepy is and the Princess reluctantly reveals him in her closet.

The Gardener takes Sheepy home and the King cheers the Princess up by saying they could always visit. The Maid then finds a bunch of Sheepy's wool and wants to throw it away, but the Princess has the Queen knit it into a sweater for Puss instead.

* CatchYourDeathOfCold: Discussed and defied when the Princess claims that Puss's woolly sweater is "so he won't catch cold".

* {{Fainting}}: Sheepy initially smelled so bad that it made Puss pass out.
* FluffyDryCat: Sheep, rather. When Sheepy has a bath, he shakes himself dry and fluffs up.
* ALizardNamedLiz: The sheep's name is Sheepy. Well, he was named by a four-year-old.
* PetDressUp: When the Princess is pretending Puss has a cold or some such similar infection, she puts a bonnet on him. Then, later, she has the Queen make him a sweater.
