Sportacus finds his water supply is running low and plans to leave town to fetch more, which is the best news Robbie Rotten's ever heard. In order to get information out of the kids he participates in their Secret Friend Day game, picking Trixie's name out of a hat. Not knowing or caring who she is, he crumples the paper and leaves it by Stephanie's skateboard, then vows to take a vacation at the beach. When Trixie finds the crumpled paper, she's badly hurt and thinks Stephanie didn't want to be her friend.
As Sportacus heads home to [=LazyTown=], Trixie writes a goodbye note, apologizes for being a bad friend, and leaves town by boat, becoming stranded at sea when she loses the oars.
