* ArtisticLicenseSports: Peanut reveals to Harvey that they're playing Gin, not Poker. But Gin Rummy is played between two players only, and with 10 cards rather than five. If they were playing Rummy, each player would have six cards instead of five as it's a five player game. While X has a playable meld with his four kings, as well as Harvey with his three Jacks, they would still need to keep playing to get rid of the rest of their hand before tallying up points.
