** Biden gets some of this as well; He rejects the "defund the police" message and even touts that he picked a former district attorney as his VP, but then goes on to attack Trump over the death of Breonna Taylor[[note]]The death of Breonna Taylor was a major inciting incident for the anti-police protests of 2020, which is where the "defund the police" slogan was popularized. Not to mention the questionable legislative histories of both Biden (with the '94 crime bill) and Harris (with her record as DA)[[/note]].
* InvincibleVillain: Trump has come to believe himself to be untouchable, claiming that "no person, woman, man, camera, TV" can beat him and even brags about shrugging off his impeachment. Considering real life events this could be considered a subversion now.

* ScatterbrainedSenior: Trump is implied to be suffering from cognitive decline, as he makes a point of bragging about passing his cognitive function test (which wasn't supposed to be difficult in the first place,) and his grammar and inflection get notably more awkward as he does so. Trump for his part accuses Biden of being sloppy.

* SoreLoser: Trump's fear of losing power is emphasized at multiple points. Throughout the fight, he constantly brags about how he is certain to win, with one of his earliest lines in particular mentioning his desire to remain in office beyond the two-term limit. Meanwhile, Biden points out that Trump's fear of losing has gotten to the point where Trump will resort to rigging the election to ensure he stays in power. As of Jan. 6, 2021, [[HarsherInHindsight this assessment is unfortunately truer than ever.]]

In this case the hypocracy holds becuase Biden is attacking Tump as though he is culpable for the death of Taylor simply by being president, despite Biden's own involvement in the '94 crime bill, ergo he's attacking Trump under standards he wouldn't want to be attacked himself, ergo hypocracy. Not to mention the uncomfortable nature of Taylor's death - i.e. a tragedy of miscommunication rather than demonstrable police misconduct - makes it a bizzare attack angle, especially from someone who's touted as "seeking proper oversight for the police" and trying to distance himself from the "defund the police" slogan.

* {{Hypocrite}}: Trump tries to baselessly accuse Biden of pedophilia, only for Biden to point out Trump's well-documented (albeit ended) friendship with {{human trafficker|s}} Jeffrey Epstein. Trump also repeatedly claims without evidence that Biden is a radical extremist, accusing him of "inciting hysteria", "hating America" and supporting "looting and violence" and saying he will "unleash Antifa and keep America like Portland." This all despite Trump himself being an infamous RabbleRouser who traffics in far-right rhetoric designed to whip people into a frenzy in both the 2016 and 2020 election battles.

That's a bit of a stretch. For one, sympathizing with the Black Lives Matter movement doesn't necessarily mean that you agree with the Defund the Police slogan, which itself has come under criticism for being too vague as to its intended meaning.

* BlatantLies: Biden claims to have no interest in "Defunding the Police", though has said otherwise on the campaign trail and only backdown when it made him look bad, but still stated that he wanted to [[DistinctionWithoutADifference leverage away some of their funding]]
* {{Hypocrite}}: Biden smugly disses Trump for defending the use of excessive force by the Police, however, earlier he bragged that his running mate, Kamala Harris, is a former DA. Kamala herself has a long history of approving the use of excessive force, doling out excessive punishments, and refusing to drop charges even after a perp has been proven innocent.
* JerkassHasAPoint: Trump is no Saint about it, but he does make more than a few good points throughout the Rap Battle:
** Local Democrat Officials have been letting Riots continue unopposed in hopes of making Trump look bad, even resulting in a section of Seattle been annexed from the US for a few months. Trump also points out that this has only caused support for him to increase
** He calls out Biden's lack of mental cognition and constant stammering, and it's near-univaersally agreed that Joe is showing signs of developing Dementia, which is not something you want in a World Leader
** Despite's Joe claim that Trump is causing division in America, he's spent a good portion of his campaign either criticing America or proposing policies that would severly hurt it's economy, such as getting rid of Oil, Coal and Fracking
** Joe has been coasting through most of the Election on the fact that he was Obama's VP
** Biden has also done very little to actually condemn the 2020 Riots and no real indication that he'd do anything to stop them if elected, and while Trump's use of Tear Gas may be unsavory, at least he's doing '''something''' about them
** Trump's comments that criminals shouldn't run from the Police does show a distinct lack of sympathy to those who have lost their lives in arrests gone wrong, but as anyone who has any experience can tell you, not resisting and calmly complying with orders from the Police is the best way to avoid any loss of life.
** His disbelief about Biden's claim to simply be "an old-ass man with some decency" also holds weight. See BlatantLies and {{Hypocrite}} for more information
