After the parents leave for the weekend, Josh's grandmother comes to stay with them to watch them. While Josh is estatic, Drake isn't too thrilled with it since they both hate each other.

* CoolOldLay: Grammy is a very talented basketball player, beating both Drake and Josh, and can also play video games quite well. Josh at least sees her that way and Drake does too at the end.
* JerkassHasAPoint: While Grammy may be a little too harsh and critical of Drake, she's not entirely without merit, as she rightfully points out how lazy and irresponsible Drake is. Something that Josh even agrees with her on. And her anger over Drake after he went to the concert anyway after he was forbidden to was more than justified.
* JerkassToOne: Grammy is incredibly loving and warm to Josh, but she gets quite harsh with Drake, calling him a lazy bum and criticizing his fashion and hairstyle. Although she does warm up to him in the end.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Grammy does realize that she might have been a bit too hard on Drake, so when they play basketball for the right for Drake to hang out with his friends (provided he didn't go the concert), she intentionally lets Drake win so he can go hang with his friends. And when Drake gets ready to tell the parents the truth when they get back, Grammy takes over and tells them she beat Drake at basketball. The last scene has them sharing a hug, showing they really do love each other and she even pays him back the cash.
