Bottle episode isn't just "one location". There's still a lot of expensive effects and props in this.

Added DiffLines:

* TheILoveYouStigma: Played with. The episode goes out of its way to point out that a person inside a Dalek casing saying "I love you" triggers the Dalek to utter "Exterminate!" In the context of the episode, it's strongly implied that the Doctor, out of pure reflex, would kill any Dalek saying that word - and thus, kill Clara. Therefore, that phrase (among others) is one Clara cannot allow herself to say while inside the Dalek.

** If the Doctor kills young Davros, there will be no Daleks and the universe's history will be rewritten. He might get his friends, his homeworld, etc. back. No one need know he killed a child to do it... ''what will he do?'' It turns out he was saving Davros.
