* EurekaMoment / FictionalHoliday: Milo proposes a truce by giving all of his novelty items as well as his personal hero assistant away to Mth's parents so that way, he won't get April Fooled. However, Lizbeth is against this idea as Milo decided to give all of his novelty items away on April Fools Day, the day that he needs those stuff the most, but she then sees in Mth's calendar, that Mth celebrates a completely different day in his culture, known as "Be Thoughtful Day". Mth thought Ruth Ann would always like to see herself at her best so he put a perfect picture of her in a mirror, which it wasn't his fault that she let herself go in real life. Mth also gives Tabitha a backwards watch as he really want her to have time for herself, which it wasn't his fault that she's lousy company. He then gives Milo a giant rubber chicken as a gift after giving a gift of the true meaning of April Fools Day was actually the most thoughtful thing ever.
* MirrorCrackingUgly: Mth gives Ruth Ann a mirror as a gift so she can "always look her best", but it turns out from Milo's personal hero assistant, that the mirror is just a picture of Ruth Ann looking perfect taped to a mirror frame, which in reality, she looks ugly, not perfect. This caused to freak out and caused her mirror to crack shortly after looking at it for real over her looking ugly.

It's April Fools Day! But when Milo looks at his calendar, he's surprised that it must have gotten the date wrong. It's not April 1st at all - it's March 32nd. Oh well. He figures he can wait a day. Then slowly, weird things start to happen. Then – there's a kid in trouble! It's Rutger! He shows the Captain some video footage that there's documented proof that a giant lizard is stalking Halverston and Area! Did the Captain's family and friends play one joke too many? Will the Captain ever believe them again - or at least for the rest of the day? Is there really a giant lizard on the loose, terrifying thousands? Or will it all turn out to be an elaborate prank staged by the Captain himself?

----
!!Tropes in this episode:
* AllJustAPrank: What the children didn't know is that the entire thing regarding the giant lizard attacking Halverston and Area was actually just an April Fools prank between Milo and his dad all along, as they used a projector to screen movie footage of a giant lizard rampaging, as well as his dad doing a reporter voice.
* AttackOfThe50FootWhatever: Rutger shows Milo some video footage showing documented proof that a giant lizard is destroying Halverston and Area (specifically the Little Tokyo area), which scared the rest of the kids.
* AprilFoolsPlot: Milo must avoid being tricked after what happened in the last April Fools Day where he keeps getting false "Uh-oh! Flamingo!" calls just to get pranked, so he decided to plan his revenge.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: In order to have another day to plan his revenge on April Fools Day, Milo's dad used a trick calendar that contains a number 32 at the end of the month, making the day March 32nd instead of April 1st. Just when Milo was about to eat his cereal, it was revealed that his mom pranked him by giving out a trick double-hinged spoon rather than a real spoon to eat. This plan backfired as Milo's dad realized that her wife has that exact same trick calendar, not to mention that they sell these calendars at his novelty shop as well.
* DudeNotFunny: Upon realizing that the giant lizard rampaging Halverston and Area was actually an April Fools prank, Milo's mom is not very amused of it.
--> '''Milo's Dad:''' How did my reporter sound? And the movie footage, did it look like we were there? Did you buy it? Huh? Did you?
--> ''[Milo's Mom gasps]''
--> '''Milo:''' Oh, I'd say everybody bought it.
--> '''Milo and Milo's Dad:''' APRIL FOOLS!
--> '''Milo's Mom:''' Well, that's not funny. I don't know how you could think that's funny.
* EurekaMoment: To stop the giant lizard from rampaging Halverston and Area, Milo thinks of a solution by using his "Bird Brain". Lizbeth mentions that what if his "Bird Brain" cannot help and has met its match, which then gives Milo an idea, even though he was thinking about something else as he thinks that the giant lizard will meet match by fighting with a three-headed dragon. He arrives at the Little Tokyo area and uses a three-headed dragon caller for that titular dragon to fight with the lizard at its match to lure them out of the city, which the plan succeeded and saved the city.
* EyepiecePrank: One prank has Milo looking at his binoculars which after he takes it off, it ends up with black rings around his eyes.
* GiantFootOfStomping: Happens outside in Milo's window, where the giant lizard's foot stomps on the ground, scaring the kids. It was then revealed during the Narrator's SoOnceAgainTheDayIsSaved moment at the end that the giant lizard foot was also all just a prank between Milo and his dad all along as the foot is actually remote-controlled.
* PrankingMontage: Milo still always get pranked every year on April Fools Day, which we are then treated to a short montage on the various pranks that the various children have pulled out on Milo by giving him false "Uh-oh! Flamingo!" calls on the previous year, such as him landing on a whoopee cushion set by Rutger, opening a mailbox that contains two spring snakes and scaring him, done by Tabitha, Sanjay showing off his flower to him, which then squirts water on him, and Milo looking at his binoculars which after he takes it off, it ends up with black rings around his eyes.
* SquirtingFlowerGag: One prank has Sanjay calling for the Captain to show off his flower. It then squirts water on Milo.
* WhoopeeCushion: One prank has Rutger calling for the Captain to help, but then the Captain lands on a whoopee cushion, which then causes Rutger and the rest of the kids to start laughing at him.

!!Tropes in this episode:
* DancePartyEnding: The episode ends this way with Milo, Lizbeth, Mth and his parents all start to dance.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: Milo uses an inflatable treasure chest as suggested from his personal hero assistant, as well as using a fake shark fin in order to fool Mth. After Mth sees the "treasure", he decided to jump on the water to retrieve it but however, there's a "shark fin" swimming near him which scares him, leading to him throwing the "chest" to the "shark fin", popping it in the process. However, Mth loses it shortly after getting tricked by Milo.
