* Raziel does have some enemies in the Pantheon such as Rahab and the Xenomorph Drone. Raziel is unwilling to say why he hates them, however Kain believes it is due to the fact that they resemble the devolved forms of two of Raziel's vampire brothers. Raziel seems to view Xenomorph Drones as even worse than Zephon and his Zephonim spawn.

* Dark Saviors, one of Yu-Gi-Oh’s side sets and released in 2018, brought a lot of support for Vampires, as well as introducing a new archetype in the form of Fur Hire. But along with these would be the initially fledgling Sky Striker archetype, focused around controlling the game with Raye, her mech suits, and a variety of gadgets. This archetype would go on to be one of the most well known archetypes of the modern era, receiving ever-so-often waves of support, fan content, and eventually, official content and lore regarding this little archetype, all the while rising to the top tables and beating other strong decks throughout its still-ongoing lifespan.
** The [[AdaptationExpansion OCG Stories]] manga dives into the origins of the Sky Striker archetype’s characters, as well as introducing new ones. Raye is one of the few, if not the last, people on Earth, growing up in a [[AfterTheEnd post-apocalyptic world]] devastated by war and an [[AIIsACrapshoot AI created]] by the nation of Spectra, once designed to take down its rival nation Kama. She took on the mantle of being a Sky Striker Ace when her family figures, the Magus, were attacked by Spectra’s forces.
** While the manga visualizes the gadgets and suits that Raye uses, allowing a sense of scale and impact, the card game puts those functions in practice. For instance, all of her Spells (save for [[https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Sky_Striker_Mecha_Modules_-_Multirole Multirole]] & [[https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Sky_Striker_Airspace_-_Area_Zero Area Zero]]) require the Main Monster Zones to be empty in order for them to be used, leaving only the Extra Monster Zone to be occupied, where Raye (in one of her suits) would normally be; this ties in well to her being a OneWomanArmy, as she is generally the only one on the front lines currently taking action. [[https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Sky_Striker_Ace_-_Raye Raye herself]] has a Quick Effect to tag out from the Main Monster Zone into one of her suits from the Extra Deck & returns from the Graveyard when one of them is destroyed, representing being beaten out of that suit and the ability to quickly shift inbetween them at will. Lastly, when she first inherits the technology of the Sky Striker Ace, Himmel warns Raye that she'll lose most of her sense of self in the process of becoming a LivingWeapon upon use, a factor reflected in the Sky Striker archetype's monster typings, with Raye for example being Warrior-Type, and all of her suits ([[https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Sky_Striker_Ace_-_Kagari Kagari]], [[https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Sky_Striker_Ace_-_Kaina Kaina]], [[https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Sky_Striker_Ace_-_Shizuku Shizuku]], and [[https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Sky_Striker_Ace_-_Hayate Hayate]]) being all Machine-Types.
* While tackling a skirmish against some Spectra forces, Raye in her Shizuku module managed to divert them to a new area for her to switch to Hayate and blast them away, but when she did, she hit much more. The beam from Hayate’s cannon razed through its targets, but also through a cloaked convoy of GUAE tech, which alerted the guards and went up to quickly locate the source of the attack. Surprised at these new foes, Raye found herself outmaneuvered really quickly, unsure of how to take on these new opponents, forcing a retreat that would’ve ended badly for her had it not been for a GUAG scout team intercepting this scuffle. After the rescue, the scout team was more than happy to oblige to much of Raye’s inquiries, as well as those of her allies and family, before helping them establish two secondary bases of operations in the Pantheon by way of Raye’s ascension.
* One of Spectra’s leading forces in their war against Kama was a sort of clone of Raye, aptly named [[https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/22c338bf_711e_4347_8e83_e83c58447f5c.jpeg Roze]]. Roze’s own appearance held striking tangents against Raye’s, consisting of grays and darks instead of whites, golds, and browns, having a hat, silvery hair and red eyes compared to the hatless blonde with blue eyes, and wielding a saber instead of a katana. Roze herself is also a clone that had been accelerated in age physically to match Raye, created with extensive and pure battle knowledge and nothing else, meaning everything else (such as human interaction) is all new to her, resulting in a generally withdrawn and quiet personality; a contrast to Raye being friendly and compassionate with others and knows how to use her knowledge to her advantage.
** Jeanne d’Arc & Artoria Pendragon were both interested in Raye & Roze’s dynamic, echoing their own with their respective Alters. As they learned more about the conditions and machines that Roze grew up with, however, it only made them feel even more reminiscent of their Alters, having gone from staunch enemies to equal rivals and even friends, through the [[Pantheon/HardwareAndSoftware Master of Chaldea]]. The Alters actually do feel the same way about Roze, and hope that Raye would pull through and [[HeelFaceTurn convince her own “Alter” to switch sides]].
** The Epic Battle Fantasy Team- consisting of Matt, Natalie, Lance, Anna, & [=NoLegs=], had taken on their own evil counterparts throughout their journeys as well. These evil versions are respectively known as Matteus, Natalia, Lancelot, Annabelle, & God (dog), and are very much polar opposites as the Team. When it came to Roze, however, they found her to not be at the same level as the Evil Counterparts, and just like Jeanne and Artoria above, they hope Roze can be changed.
* In Raye’s version of Earth, the power of the Sky Striker modules that were developed by the nation of Kama were more than capable of being able to destroy most of its surface, and those living on it. This in turn forced Spectra's hand, building a satellite designed to wipe out organic life, which it succeeded in doing after a few hundred years. Raye herself was born out of a fertilized egg, which is textbook life to most humans, but miraculous to her AI guardians, for humans have been wiped out long ago. Since her birth, the members of Kama worked to create a small town for Raye to be raised in, and friends for her to interact, talk, and play with.
** The Magus and other fellow robots that Raye grew up with were very much human-looking and even human-thinking in nature. Well, at least, according to what Raye does remember of what humans looked like prior to her entry into the Pantheon. Bender can attest to at least attempting to be a parent to human children, and though he wasn't as good for raising children as the Magus were to Raye, he was at least able to understand the love and care parents may have to their children, even if they are machines, which pleases both Raye & the Magus.
** Kama took great lengths to making Raye's home suitable for her, by letting and even helping nature heal so that it can be much more hospitable. A great supporter of this endeavor, once he learned about it, was Android 16, who then expressed the idea of allowing animals into Kama. Though denied as it would lead to unnecessary losses, the Magus greatly appreciated the support he gave towards the development of the town.
** One main feature of the Sky Striker Ace system is the ability to switch between her suits as will, allowing her to be very versatile in combat. Those with similar technology, such Kazuya Oki/Kamen Rider Super-1 through his Five Hands, Mega Man with his multiple weapon upgrades, and Tony Stark with his Iron Man system, are also able to shift these quickly to four the demands of a battle. The trio express the idea of a fine partnership with each other to take down their respective enemies, but the Magus are unmoving on their stance of not letting others use the dangerous Sky Striker technology, while enemies of the other three aren’t happy to hear of another combatant who can switch weapons at will.
** Ciela in particular held a special place in Raye's heart, as she was the one that took care of Raye the most[[spoiler:, and had let herself be captured by Spectra in order to save Raye]]. So despite her being listed as a herald in this profile, many assumed [[UncertainDoom that she is now just dismantled]]. Alcestis and the rest of the Hall of Selflessness & Sacrifice are, besides the rest of the Magus as well as her robot friends Aileron & Pylon, often the main comforters of Raye whenever she reminiscences about Ciela.
* The end of humanity, at least in Raye’s world, was caused by an AI that was too efficient at its objective, resulting in a barren landscape populated mainly by robots. This AI was created by Spectra, who wanted nothing more than to crush their rival nation, Kama. When Raye and the Magus learned of similar deities and beings in the Pantheon to Spectra, they became very tense, even if [[DeathIsCheap they can’t really die in the Pantheon]].
** AM is at the very damn top of Raye’s shitlist, and for very good reasons, and practically considers it to be just Spectra itself with a different name & color palette. It was also developed to efficiently handle wars, but got too far ahead and instead began wiping humanity off the map, much like the enemy nation’s own AI. This amount of hatred towards militaristic-turned-apocalyptic AI has also been extended to SKYNET as well, as Raye and the Magus are also disapproving of its utilization of robots in their schemes. Both AM & SKYNET respectively echo an opinion of hatred back at Raye, citing her as an annoying piece of human garbage, but are in disagreement on how to handle her, whether it’d be through torture (AM) or termination (SKYNET).
** Raye really, really dislikes Star Dream, but given it's antihuman coding, it makes sense- after all, Spectra's satellites and Star Dream both shared the power to eliminate all organic life on their respective planets, so the supercomputer essentially served as the Pantheon's version of Spectra’s satellites for Raye. This notion was shared with most of the good-aligned Kirby deities, but Susie in particular holds a special grudge towards the machine, and is more than willing to help Raye out for when the time comes to fully dismantle it.
** Raye is pretty much one of the few, if not the only, human people left on her world, with the rest being just an urban wasteland of sorts. One day while exploring the Pantheon, she would come across the quaint Cafe Alpha, where its owner, Alpha Hatsuseno, and two frequent patrons, Chito & Yuuri, were at for the day. She got along with all three rather smoothly, each of them sharing what its like to be living in a world ravaged by war, though Alpha prefers for Raye to not travel around Yokohama with her Sky Striker Ace gear, much like Chito & Yuuri were advised against using their tank.
* Raye’s ascension has been quite a hot topic for the Pantheon, echoing that of Dark Magician Girl’s back in the day. However, unlike Dark Magician Girl, she does have a full flesh-and-blood body to move around in, alongside having an uncanny ability to turn herself, her friends, and even her gear into cards. And above all else, Raye herself finds this very very strange, but she seemed content with being much more free-form and interactive with other deities- so she made it one of her missions to interact with as many previously ascended Yu-Gi-Oh! deities as possible, hoping to learn of those that came before her.
** Very immediately holds respect for all of the main protagonists of each series, especially considering that she herself is now a protagonist, albeit with much different scope compared to them. This treatment was returned in kind, as they see Raye as a promising new addition to their group, even if she is much more unorthodox than them. One protagonist that Raye was surprised wasn’t ascended yet, however, was [[Anime/YuGiOhVRAINS Playmaker]], and has begun conducting research with Revolver, aka Ryoken Kogami, to figure out how to ascend him.
*** Other notable good characters that Raye liked were Tea Gardner, or Anzu Mazaki, who in term found Raye’s fashion sense to be very striking and fitting of a protagonist. She also had an affinity with Alexis Rhodes for being a person of interest in terms of appearance, a thing that both of them dislike. Raye once tried Turbo Dueling and proved herself with a modified version of Shizuku that can support her ability to duel at high speeds, allowing her to challenge people like Jack Atlas, who were impressed by her skill. Astral was especially piqued at Raye’s existence in the Pantheon, being that unlike those like him, she can be seen by other deities without modifications, leading to many an inquiry.
** In general, Raye is very obviously against quite a few enemies, but the top of that line happens to go to Don Thousand, Zorc Necrophades, The Light of Destruction, for various reasons, of course. Generally, she took the stances to them similar to most of the other YGO deities as they are harbingers of destruction, something that Raye sees in Spectra. As for Z-ONE and Eliphas, however, she finds herself considering where she stands in comparison to them a bit more, as both have had a HeelFaceTurn in their respective series, something she yearns for Roze, as well, making her one of the few YGO deities to not really have a hostile stance toward either one.
** Most of the ascended duel monsters in the series are actually rather envious of Raye’s position in the Pantheon, as unlike them, she can be fully seen by other ascended deities without needed modifications for seeing Duel Spirits. Alongside this, she can also be able to just shift between card and human form as well, this ability furthered towards her gear and fellow friends. While Yubel also isn’t subject to the issues the other Duel Spirits have, she finds herself with envy as well due to Raye’s wider degree of freedom with her abilities and form.

* Andy comes in the world literally called "Wars World" in which war is a lot more casual than anything else. The fact that a kid is leading an army unironically, people are very weirded out by the fact that his war is "fun" as [[https://www.awkwardzombie.com/comic/no-fighting-in-the-war-room he makes it out to be]].
* Andy is happy to see some of his buddies from Wars World like Max. Max, however, was a bit concern with Andy's position in the House of War, considering the state that it is but Andy doesn't seem to be phased by him, hopefully.
* Though he wasn't born at the time of year, but the Famicom Wars predated Fire Emblem, in which some considered it "Famicom/Advance Wars with more strategy, fantasy, and perma-death." Fire Emblem deities would treat him like kin, though they are uncomfortable with the fact that Andy is willing to be expendable with his soldiers.
* Andy is weirded out by his title. When he meant "Fun War," it means in war is very colorful and very silly, and the units look straight out of a toy. He didn't mean [[BloodKnight "Fun in War"]], in which he is even weirded out by Ares and Leonidas.
** In fact, the House of War is ironically frightening for Andy or as Captain Martin Walker would say that the boy is far too naive to see what true wars are. Funny, given that Days of Ruin/Dark Conflict would reflect on that but it is completely unrelated to Andy so he doesn't really care. Good thing Andy also has [[Pantheon/GameDesign a position in the House of Gaming]].
** Kiritsugu and Valvatorez are downright pissed that Andy has this mentality when their belief is WarIsHell. It is a BerserkButton for the latter.
* Andy is going to be attending the House of Schools just to learn a little more vocabulary. Remember, this guy has no idea what ''continents'' are. Or, ''airports.'' "What's an airport?" indeed.
** In actuality, he has since learned, but there are just too many people who [[NeverLiveItDown won't let him ever forget it]].
* Andy may be dumb, but he is actually an average commanding officer and actually a great mechanic, as he's somehow manage to repair all of his forces when he has enough power to use Hyper Repair or Hyper Upgrade.
** He has been helping with the Anglerfish team with repairing their tank and bonding with them. Saori Takebe tried to hit on him but failed miserably. Though don't call him in the morning as he along with Mako Reizei hates waking up early in the morning.
* He wish to be a rival to ace pilots like Joker in order to further emulate his rivalry with Eagle, the air commander of Green Earth.
* For some reason, Black Hole had an obsession of cloning him, as they have done it twice and both used to cause trouble in two wars. In fact, Sturm used one of the Andy clones to instigate a war between all four nations so that he could conquer them all while they're weakened. Andy is not happy to be cloned for such act and is not happy to see clones who has done bad things.
* Andy is certain not going to take any evil army that wish to conquer the world kindly as he has stopped the Black Hole army that tried to take over the world twice.
* Also has a seat in the House of Pantheon/{{War}}.

* Johannes was the prince of a kingdom in an unnamed kingdom a long time ago. The King, his father, was injured by an assassin and supposedly went ill from poison afterward. To save him, [[FindTheCure he sent his children to retrieve a "cure" from the castle to treat his ailment]]. Having the [[SchmuckBait pay the price]] with his own personal funds meant for his wife the children for entrance to the castle, the King's eldest son, Johannes journeyed and slew the four monster guarding the door to the throne room where the cure laid. He entered the throne room and discovered the cure was the {{Fountain of Youth}}... and the King was there drinking from it. Johannes realized the King was never injured and [[TheCaligula his quest was all a ploy to open a path to the Fountain so the King may take it for himself and become immortal]]. After slaying the King, Johannes realizes that the King paid Charon's price as well, bankrupting the kingdom and leaving the royal family practically [[ImpoverishedPatrician penniless]]. [[HeroicBSOD Knowing there is nothing for him to return to except a kingdom that will soon go into poverty and his family who's future he has forsaken]], he decides to drink from the Fountain as well and wait for his descendants who have the false belief that the King is trapped within the castle and venture within the castle in an attempt to supposedly "rescue" the King. Johannes would meet his end at the hands one of his descendants after so many generations of them dying within the castle just to finish their quest, destroying the Fountain in the process.
* Once Johannes ascended, his castle was brought in as well to act as his temple. The Fountain itself was not restored since the original was destroyed alongside Johannes when he was defeated, a replica is there in its place. The prince was not happy with this but is secretly a bit grateful, as it was the reason his kingdom was ruined in the first place (plus, the Fountain is redundant because he's an [[AGodAmI immortal god]] now). He secludes himself within his castle most of the time and doesn't like socializing.
** To his shock, he can transform into his [[OneWingedAngel Fountain form when he's at his limit]]. Presumable due to him [[MergerOfSouls fusing his soul with the Fountain]], allowing him to achieve that state.
* Has begun filling the pages of another journal again, detailing his experiences within the Pantheon. Most of its contents is just LampshadeHanging on the vast and ridiculous nature of the Pantheon.
* Once he heard that Charon was here, he quickly ran out of his castle [[RoaringRampageOfRevenge sword-in-hand to take vengeance at the being for causing the suffering of his family and his kingdom]]. Charon was caught off-guard, not being aware of Johannes' ascension and more than a dozen Greater Gods had to hold back the knight from destroying the ferryman and rest of the House with him.
** It was revealed that Charon's presence at the castle [[GetRichQuickScheme was all just to make a quick buck]], which did not go well for the prince at all. Johannes has been preparing for another chance to attack him. The knight feels bad for Flynn because [[DeathIsCheap who knows how much cash the samurai had to spend just to be resurrected]].
* His most common enemies are [[AristocratsAreEvil corrupted royal members]] or [[TheUsurper usurpers]] trying to take over the throne [[TyrantTakesTheHelm just to become tyrants]]. Allant, Cersei Lannister, and Aerys II Targaryen are the biggest offenders to him, at least his father didn't actively screw his kingdom over during his reign until the end. He's also quite disgusted with Ardyn Izunia for his actions, deeming him a CompleteMonster even someone like himself can't forgive.
* Is quite despised by the House of Family, for [[MurderInTheFamily potentially killing every descendent of his who finally arrives to meet him]]. Johannes defended himself, stating it was not his fault that his family sent family member upon family member to their deaths and that he did it to keep the Fountain away from anyone else. The House countered his statement, [[WhatTheHellHero saying that he could at least left a warning on what was truly going on]]. [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone After realizing that]], the knight went to the nearest wall and began [[HeadDesk banging his head against it for the next few days]].
* Is quite confused with Alexander the Great's presence, as one of the guardians to the Fountain might have been the same Alexander albeit [[AndThenJohnWasAZombie in a form of a monster]]. Alexander is quite interested in the Fountain and is willing to challenge Johannes one day for it.
* Has formed a bit of a trio with Mordred and Jaime Lannister over the fact they [[TheKingslayer slain their respective kings]]. They even have a group name when they go out. Guess what the name is. [[spoiler:"The King Killers"]].
* Cecil Harvey's quest for redemption struct a cord with Johannes, as they both feel the need to [[RedemptionQuest redeem themselves]].
* Many have challenge him for different reasons. Some with the belief he must be brought to justice for his crimes against his family, some who wish to claim the Fountain for themselves (they aren't aware it's a replica), or some just wishing to have a good fight. Luckily, most of his fights end in a draw once both combatants are exhausted.
** Is quite disturbed by the amount of people who challenge him [[ImmortalitySeeker for the chance of immortality]] despite the redundancy of being gods. He dislikes people who have interacted with the {{Fountain of Youth}}, regardless of reason and is ruthless against them if they challenge him for it.
* Has been seen drinking tea with Dracula, discussing about their immortality and how [[BigFancyCastle dreary their castles]] are after spending centuries within them.
* [[DualBoss He has fought against two knights with the same combat prowess as he does]]. He found them running around his castle and battled against them in one of those rooms laying around. Johannes was not amused that their name together was [[VideoGame/{{Broforce}} Brohannes]].

* Abraham "Abe" Lure, the Mudokon, once thought he had a good job, waxing the floors of [=RuptureFarms=], when the fact was that he was a slave, like the other Mudokons working there. When sales at [=RuptureFarms=] started taking a hit, Molluck and the other Glukkons in charge plotted to use their own Mudokon slaves as the source of their next food product. Once Abe found out about this, his loyalty was outta there, and he managed to escape, rescuing many of his fellow Mudokons on the way out. It was later revealed to him that he was meant to free his people from enslavement and save the land that [=RuptureFarms=] was exploiting. After much difficulty, Abe managed to do just that, saving all his brethren and destroying [=RuptureFarms=], and would go on to free more of his people from the Magog Cartel, in the name of his people and other species that were left in devastation by the Glukkon's machinations.
* During their search for [[spoiler:the mother of the [=RuptureFarms=] Mudokons, Queen Sam]], Abe and the Mudokons he had rescued found a jungle that was not on any maps of that area of Oddworld. Abe told everyone to tarry a distance behind him; he'd scout ahead and look for any danger. When he got far enough in, he realized he was being stalked by something. It was a vicious-looking creature that resembled a cross between a bird and a lizard. The beast screeched and chased Abe farther and farther away from the other Mudokons. He ran as fast as he could from the creature, ducking and weaving through the forest until he found himself surrounded by more of this type of creature. Fortunately, a new creature stepped in and had them step down, placating them with some small, already-dead animals. This was Owen Grady -- a human -- and the beasts he had just ordered to step away from Abe were Velociraptors, or "raptors" for short. Abe thanked Owen for the help and asked him what on Oddworld this place was. Owen revealed to him that he was no longer on Oddworld. Abe -- and his people -- had arrived in the Pantheon (more specifically, the House of Pantheon/BeastsAndFauna).
** It didn't take long for Abe to reunite with his people; he explained to them where they were currently. Needless to say, they had no idea what to make of this news. Abe also introduced them to Owen, who proposed that Abe should come with him to the Court of the Gods. Though initially wary, he learned that the purpose of it was simply because they had somehow learned of his people's situation via someone who could "see beyond the fourth wall". (When Abe asked about that, they simply told him it was "complicated".) Said individual told them that Abe had become a leader to his people by betraying their abusive Glukkon masters. In other words, the Pantheon now had a candidate for MistreatmentInducedBetrayal. Members of the House of Pantheon/TimeAndSpace also learned that, though there were timelines in which Abe betrayed and/or let down his own people and suffered the consequences, those timelines had been "cut off", granting Abe access to the trope of NoCanonForTheWicked.
* The version of Abe in the Pantheon is technically the version from the ''New 'n Tasty'' and ''Soulstorm'' timeline, but upon official ascension, he has been given the memories of the other timeline. In this timeline, his fight against the Magog Cartel played out differently, and later, he befriended a Gabbit named Munch and helped him rescue the last Gabbit eggs from being eaten as Gabbiar. He selected Munch to be one of his heralds, alongside Big Face (from whom Abe first learned of his destiny as a hero to his people), Elum (Abe's trusty steed), the Almighty Raisin (a source of wisdom for his people), Munch's Fuzzle allies, and of course ALL the Mudokons Abe rescued (including Alf and Toby, Abe's closest companions during his latest adventure).
* Needless to say, Abe and the other Mudokons were upset to learn that their oppressors had been ascended, and the Glukkons were, in turn, unhappy to learn that the escaped Mudokon slaves had made it into the Pantheon before them. Glukkon officials still try to hide the truth of what happened involving the Mudokons and the factories they once worked at, but more aware Glukkon citizens are slowly but surely learning the truth, and the rest of the Pantheon likewise growing wary of the Glukkons' unethical plans. Of course, the rebellion that would let all the Mudokons finally overcome their Glukkon oppressors was going to be long and tough, but Abe knew he would have no choice but to be ready for such an occasion.
* Nature deities in the Pantheon are held in high regard by Abe and his people, just as nature itself is. Captain Planet and his Planeteers' work to keep the kind of sewage and nuclear waste that factories pump out is much appreciated, and deities that may as well be nature ''itself'' -- i.e. Gaea, Viridi, and Armadon -- are greatly respected by the Mudokon people. As well, the Mudokons can often be seen visiting the Houses of Pantheon/{{Nature}} and Pantheon/BeastsAndFauna to enjoy the forests and other pleasant biomes found therein. Likewise, he's working to make a living hell out of the livings of those who actively disregard and taint the environment, especially Mr. Burns or Hexxus. He's similarly disgusted with Buy N' Large for their contributions in turning their Earth into a PollutedWasteland, and Morris, whose corporation appears to be heading in the same direction, though he's got his hands full with the more active threats to nature. One of which is The Corpus, an entire race of creatures that worships profit -- and thus makes war to that end -- reminds Abe too much of the Glukkons, and he very much hopes that the latter people don't take any cues from the former. The last thing anyone needs is for the Glukkons to be war-hungry on top of everything else.
** Dr. Eggman, another oppressive genius known for having roboticized animals and similar folk into malicious machines, hasn't gone under Abe's watch, and as such works with Sonic often to ruin his plans for domination. While his mind control abilities don't work on Eggman's Badniks and machines, Abe's still apt at freeing those who the scientist has captured and infiltrating his bases. And while Eggman actively views Abe in a belittling manner, Eggman does pay attention whenever Abe's out for him, since the Mudokon is one of the last individuals to be alone in a room with for him; letting Abe access his brilliant mind and intellect is something Eggman doesn't want happening anytime soon.
* The Mudokons are well known for their spiritual powers for those invested well enough into it, Abe especially so. Granting mystical energy, healing, activating devices, or activating bird portals, but what's most appealing to the Pantheon is Abe's ability to possess and control the mind of whatever unlucky guard is pursuing Abe. Once the target is under Abe's control, they'll be forced to move and act upon Abe's whims, which includes dispatching armed security forces or freeing prisoners, many things that would otherwise be beyond Abe's reach. One demonstration of Abe's possession abilities in the Pantheon would eventually upset Darkseid, a tyrant that Abe despises for his brutal and cold nature. While Abe wouldn't stand a chance against the New God himself, it took Abe finding a stray Parademon for Abe to start working his magic. Within the next day, many disruptions within Apokolips' forces as a result of Abe making them hit themselves repeatedly with possessed soldiers and weaponry would force Darkseid's attention toward the source of the disruptions, but Abe barely fled the scene before what would've been an inevitable and painful demise, or worse.
* Unfortunately for Abe, his escapades with his abilities would attract attention with powerful figures within the Hall of Mind Control, and it wasn't the type of attention he liked. Nigh-instanteous possession with the bonus ability of making the possession target explode into chunky gibs was just that much of a terrifying power, especially if it were to be in the hands of those who would use those abilities for uncontested conquest and tyranny. As a result, Abe stays far away from the Hall of Mind Control, knowing that the risks of doing so would be very, very grave. Thankfully, not many pursuers who seek Abe's chanting-related powers have approached him, knowing how easily Abe could make them end up jumping off a cliff.
** Many a Mudokon have envied Abe for his talent with such mystic abilities, with some curious on how he even does so well with his chanting that lets him use his abilities to much greater effect. The reason is unusually mundane, being a result of Abe making really good impressions of the buzzsaw noises back when he was a worker at [=RuptureFarms=]. Such impressions were used to greatly annoy Dr. Fetus when he was sent to eliminate Abe by Mr. Burns after an NoodleIncident involving possessed farts in Mr. Burns' dinner. The frustration of Abe's buzzsaw impressions while Dr. Fetus was trying to shred him apart with his own sawblades ended up providing an opportunity for Abe to survive his encounter, with Meat Boy helping out as well.
* Abe ''definitely does not care for'' either group of Ur-Quan for their tyrannical ways -- in fact, many if not all tyrants remind Abe too much of how the Mudokons suffered from oppression under the thumb of the Glukkons -- and that hatred is mutual; both Ur-Quan factions despise mind control, which the Mudokons are very much capable of via their magical chanting. Why, Abe is perfectly capable of making thralls explode into meaty chunks after he's done with them. He doesn't always do it -- and when he does, it's almost always to enemies -- but when he does, [[AndIMustScream it seems the victims are]] [[MookHorrorShow at least partially aware of what's happening...]] Such powers have made Abe a highly prioritized target for their ships, with both races dreading his mind control abilities to the point where they will always try to straight up kill him should they even get a hint that Abe is near.
** One upsetting fact Abe learned about the Ur-Quan was that they were once slaves themselves, of a race of evil creatures called the Dnyarri who fully enslaved many races through mind control. When the Ur-Quan freed themselves, the genetic trauma and suffering they were subjected in order to achieve their freedom in the first place to convinced them that the only way they could live free was to enslave or kill everyone; which one depends on the specific Ur-Quan faction. This has given Abe pause; he deeply hopes that the Mudokons don't end up letting their suffering turn them mad as it has to the Ur-Quan. For such reasons, he's allied with some of the members of the New Alliance of the Free Stars to not only protect his people from the Ur-Quan but to ensure that the Mudokons can recover from their slavery well. It helps much that the Syreen are easily relatable with their agriculture-based civilization and their own psychic abilities to boot.
* One deity that Abe recognized when he saw him was Yoshi; it would seem that his Elum buddy -- now one of Abe's heralds -- was one of Yoshi's followers. Now, whenever Abe needs a ride and Elum isn't available, Abe's first choice of steed is Yoshi, among all the potential mountable dinosaurs in the Pantheon. Certainly helps that, as much as Abe enjoys riding on Elum's back, the little dino has more capabilities than the bipedal honey-loving beastie does. He's also aware of other mounts in the Pantheon, but Yoshi's similarities to the Elum has made the former a preferred pick. Given that Mudokons used the likes of the Elum as cavalry in older times, it's easy to see why.
* A special ability of Abe's, a transformation into the semi-divine Shrykull, which can be identified as a powered fusion of the native but endangered Paramite and Scrab species from his homeworld, was hard earned from having to go through trials that were basically having to travel through the aggressive beasts' homes alive. Despite his lack of overall experience with them and the fact that Sligs were hunting them down as well to make products out of them as usual, he managed to survive it all and in the process, gain access to direct power that would send many guards running if they get a chance. When it comes to keeping ones' toes around such dangerous creatures, he respects those like Steve Irwin who handled animals like crocodiles in such a tough but friendly manner. He can't say the same for Saxton Hale, however, due to the fact that Hale tends to send endangered species to extinction, not for profits like the Glukkons, but just for the sheer thrill of it.
* One of Abe's most distinguishing features is his stitched mouth, shared with plenty of other Mudokons employed under abusive Glukkon companies, given how much the Glukkons loathe employee feedback. While they're meant to keep Abe from speaking, they've worn themselves out to the point where Abe can easily blabber his mouth out (at least not literally with those stitches, of course). He doesn't have any practical reason to keep them, but for sentimental reasons, he keeps them on, especially since they were put on him by his very own mother, Queen Sam. It's enabled him to get along with Squigly despite her initially creeping the Mudokon out, but on the other hand, working together to deal with the Medici and other mafia goons was just as enjoyable as taking the Sligs out for a mind ride.
* Having been a slave himself once, Abe can sympathize with other slaves -- both former and current -- with certain exceptions, such as the aforementioned Ur-Quan... The Engi being frequent victims of slavery by the Mantis means Abe is a sympathizer and ally to the former and an enemy of the latter. It certainly helps that they don't seem to have, say, mined an entire planet's worth of metal for the sake of engineering and building. If a Mudokon is having trouble with some technology, they'll likely ask an Engi for help.
** The Ood, being biologically required to be pacifists, were often taken advantage of, which resulted in them being a slave race for years, and even in the Pantheon, they still run into this problem from time to time. For this reason, they have Abe's sympathy, as well as his and his people's assurance that if an Ood is being controlled by anyone, the most psychically capable Mudokons -- including Abe, of course -- will be ready and willing to free them.
*** Abe was shocked to learn that some species even enslave their own kind. He learned this tragic fact from Sethe, a former slave from post-Civil War America, who sympathized with Abe and his people's past, calling slavery a fate worse than death. Having seen the worst of what the Glukkons would do to keep Mudokons like him in line, Abe couldn't disagree with that, even if the fact she had killed one of her own infant children to "save her" from such a fate still disturbs him.
*** Anakin Skywalker was a slave once, but due to his reputation as Darth Vader -- a name under which he has committed many atrocities -- Abe is cautious around him. He wants to believe Anakin's changed for the better, but he wants to be certain he can trust the man. At the very least, he's glad that their views on slavery mean that they'll be unlikely to get in each other's way often.
*** Chris Yukine is an example of someone who was enslaved at a very young age, sometime after her parents got killed by a bombing; it was after being rescued and returned to Japan when she got abducted for her compatibility with Relics. It was dismaying enough for Abe to learn that, but what horrified him most was the implication that...[[RapeAsBackstory something more]]...took place during her time as a slave. The very thought of anyone doing such a thing to a '''child''' very understandably caused him to curl into a fetal position later when he returned to his temple.
-->'''Abe:''' [[HeroicBSOD Why...!?]]
* Because he and his people were once slaves, he holds slave-owners and slavers alike in great enmity. The Nihilanth, for example, was the one who enslaved the Vorts in the first place, and that's not even getting into The Combine who are an even greater threat, and possibly responsible for the extinction of the Nihilanth's race. And unlike his Glukkon enemies, he's heard plenty of scary things about the Advisors that run things behind the scenes, but that doesn't stop him from using their soldiers against them. Despite hating the Combine even more, he doesn't gets along with the Nihilanth much better; the latter had still enslaved the Vortigaunts for the sake of fending off or avoiding the Combine. While Abe can understand the reason, he's sure the Nihilanth could have found a better solution "with that giant brain o' his".
** In contrast, he also holds those who liberate slaves in high regard. Abraham Lincoln is one stand-out example, not only because of how well-known he is for it but also the fact that he shares a given name with Abe the Mudokon. The latter can't help but wonder if it's a stunning coincidence, or something more, perhaps. There's also [[Pantheon/{{Upbringing}} Moses]], another individual who also had the role of being the savior of their people thrust upon him. While they can sympathize with each other for the harsh prejudice and oppression their brethren have gone through, and respecting each other's goals, Moses among others have concerns about his mind-controlling abilities and stay wary in case he tries something either dangerous or perhaps uses his powers for less moral purposes, though Abe hopes that such a scenario doesn't have to pop up in the future.

* Chrom, with the right pair ups, would be the head patriarch of a BadassFamily. To give a good example, if Chrom would to marry Sumia, she would give birth to the Lucina and Cynthia. Then have his sisters, Emmeryn and Lissa, marry Robin and Lon'Qu, respectively. The latter sister would give birth to Owain and the former would give birth to Morgan(f). If you have those four kids marry the children of Chrom's TrueCompanions, who are like family, you have a small BadassArmy with future badass babies. Also, as a funny alternative, you can have male Robin marry either Lucina or Cynthia who would birth Morgan and make Chrom a grandpa by default (much to his chagrin).
-->'''Chrom''' (nearly fainting, being held up by Frederick): I'm too young to be a grandfather...
** He was also not happy to discover that [[VideoGame/FireEmblemFates he can now possibly be]] a '''[[SerialEscalation great-]]'''[[SerialEscalation grandfather]]. This would occur if [[spoiler:his wife was the Dancer, Olivia, who bore Inigo, who went with Owain to Nohr and took the name Laslow and then got married and had Soleil as his daughter, who in turn married a male [[Pantheon/{{Offsprings}} Corrin]] and gave birth to Kana]].
** Upon further review, the Court of the Gods decided that Chrom did not meet the criteria of a stern patriarch, so he was given the seat of [[LastSecondEndingChoice Last-Second Ending Choices]], as his final choice whether to deal the final blow to Grima (him or Robin) was the most impactful choice in his story.
* Was joyfully welcomed to the Pantheon by both Lucina, Robin and the already ascended Shepherds. Chrom was surprised however to see that there were two Robins in the Pantheon. Though, he didn't worry too much and was just happy to be with his friends.
* Was not very happy when he found out that some believe he is just [[MemeticLoser a loser]] after his defeat at the hands of Captain Falcon. It's not help that Viridi talks about how useless he is without Robin. Luckily, there are many who don't believe he is a loser.
* Chrom found out there were some deities who [[Creator/TomokazuSugita sounded like him]] when he speaks Japanese, such as Joseph Joestar and Ragna the Bloodedge. He has since made allies of the two. He was, however, mistaken by Kouta Kazuraba to be Demushu because of his voice, but it was quickly cleared up.
** He also found out that he sounds like more deities when he speak [[Creator/MatthewMercer English]] like Aikuro Mikisugi, Jotaro Kujo, Kanji Tatsumi, and Kiritsugu Emiya. Chrom was a bit conflicted on what Kiritsugu did in the mortal realm, and he was a bit unnerved that some think he does Aikuro's poses to Robin(f). And then there's Yusuke Kitagawa, who sounds like Chrom regardless of whether they're speaking English or Japanese.
* Was not to happy to learn that Grima was also in the Pantheon and was still trying to turn Robin as his new vessel. Just like before, he swears he won't let that happen.
* Lucifer is amused by Chrom's belief that [[ScrewDestiny fate can be changed]], despite being so loyal to law. Lucifer makes it clear that while fate can change, it can lead to both good and bad change, which is the result of it being a chaotic ideal. Although his worldview is similar to Walhart's, Chrom accepts that the Morningstar is right.
* He swears that he hasn't met Franchise/ConanTheBarbarian and the latter hasn't said to him [[Film/ConanTheBarbarian1982 "To hell with you!"]]. That would be Crom, not Chrom.
* He is taking part in [[VideoGame/TokyoMirageSessionsFE another adventure]] [[https://c2.staticflickr.com/4/3722/18869677251_215132edd3_z.jpg with a appearance different from what many were used to]]. While the exact reasoning is not clear, rumors have spread that [[MemeticMutation he took up that look because he was still bitter about not having a larger role in the Smash tournament]]. Apparently he's also bringing in Caeda, the wife of his great ancestor Marth, along. Though they did get along well beforehand.
** This line of reasoning has been challenged ever since the reveal that Chrom would be going with Lucina on [[VideoGame/ProjectXZone yet another adventure]] [[GuestFighter in his normal appearance]].
* Allied himself with Alexstraza and Ysera as they both remind him of Tiki. This naturally made him enemies with Deathwing. Especially when he heard what he [[VillainousIncest wanted to do]] with the two female dragons, which sickens him.
** He also made enemies with both Ragyou Kiryuin and Relius Clover for being very abusive parents towards their children.
* It's potentially a bad idea to have Chrom use other weapons that aren't the Falchion. He has a habit of [[BreakableWeapons breaking them after a few uses]], though he is capable of [[BladeOnAStick using lances when necessary]]. Also, don't use him to carry your items. It's degrading.
* Parasoul, somewhat reminding him of Emmeryn, (in part due to their [[Creator/ErinFitzgerald similar voices]],) is a good ally of him, even though she pretty much took the opposite approach his older sister did when faced with taking the crown.
* Can be seen in the House of Combat training with his daughter, Lucina.
* You know, [[EvenTheGuysWantHim it's not just the females who find Chrom attractive]].
* When Arvis paid a visit to Ylisse, Chrom noted how pleasant he was and wondered if the history of Jugdral got him wrong. When Arvis ascended, Chrom was given some history lessons about Jugdral and even had to admit that it was... [[DarkerAndEdgier really screwed up.]] But he nevertheless recognized Arvis' noble goals and kept their friendship.

* Eventually to make up for the beating and Chrom's angsty phase as stated above, Captain Falcon gave him [[VideoGame/SuperSmashBrosUltimate an invitation to the next Smash Bros tournament]] and a gigantic cake at that. Chrom was overjoyed and decided to present the cake as a present for Lucina (he's a loving father after all). * Sometimes, at some point in a game, you're required to make an important choice. This choice can affect a lot of things, from as little as available upgrades for the entire game, or even what storyline you'll take (requiring a replay to see it all). Kenji Oja, former exile from the Serpent Clan after being assumed to have killed his father, upon returning to the lands from where he was born, was faced with an important choice; in the midst of bandits raiding a village, who should he side with?
** The Kenji who helps the bandits would rebuild the Serpent Clan under a tyrannical fist. The Kenji who helps the villagers would start anew as the benevolent Dragon Clan. Since both paths are irreconcilable with one another to ascend as a single person, two Kenjis were ascended as separate entities instead, and both immediately came to blows, disgusted at the other's choice (and disbelief from Serpent!Kenji after the revelation that the Serpent Orb's power and the Dragon are {{real after all}}). They were shortly separated by the Court, who had ascended them in the first place.
* Applies to both Kenjis:
** Their temples take the form of Serpentholm, remade in their respective images, and facing in opposite directions so as to minimize immediate clashes, mostly instigated by Serpent!Kenji.
** And supporting the Kenjis as their Heralds are their Zen Masters, essentially {{hero unit}}s. While both Shinja and Otomo served both Kenjis, their ultimate allegiances brought the former to Serpent!Kenji and the latter to Dragon!Kenji. The latter Kenji was glad, given that [[spoiler:Otomo dies in both paths]], and now they're reunited.
** Naturally, given their dispositions, Serpent!Kenji joined the GUAE while Dragon!Kenji joined the GUAG. Both [[Pantheon/{{Villains}} Melkor]] and [[Pantheon/{{Heroism}} Cosmos]] were pleased with their latest additions to their ranks.
** The Dragon Clan generally disdain firearms (though still use rockets) while the Serpent Clan appreciate and perfect their use. That said, even Dragon!Kenji is not above using them, and can learn to appreciate allies who use such weapons.
** If there's one thing the two Kenjis have a common opinion on, it's despisal for creatures born from darkness thanks to their (separate) experiences with the Nightvol.
* Exclusive to Serpent!Kenji:
** Having a necromancer among his Zen Masters thanks to Shinja, he has no issues working with those who can raise the dead, such as Kel'Thuzad, to achieve his goals. Of course, that just means he won't oppose them on principle; their attitudes can still determine allegiances, such as him merely being on good terms with [[Pantheon/{{Betrayal}} Arthas]] (if only because his Scourge are numerous enough to count as a threat).
** When working alongside the Commander, even if it's proven really effective, he's annoyed whenever the Commander employs him as a damage sponge for the Ronin's Blood Bond (it transfers half the damage a Ronin takes to those they bond with) and keep Fan Geisha around to keep him healthy. It's a very effective strategy, sure, but that means sitting out of the fight. Now if it was some other Zen Master...
** He's also come to like having Berkut and Charles zi Britannia on his side, even if only to help further his goals. This also goes for Kazuya Mishima and Bowser Jr., fellow evil sons to evil fathers, though he's bewildered by the... dynamic the latter's father has with the Mushroom Kingdom, [[GoKartingWithBowser given he hangs out with them half the time when he's not invading them]].
** Given his Yakuza look, and his ruthlessness, Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima have it out for him.
* Exclusive to Dragon!Kenji:
** Corrin gets along with him, having had to make a similar big choice, except it was between families who both love them and are good people to certain degrees (even if one family was under an evil king [[spoiler:who might've been all but a puppet by this point]]), and they also had [[TakeAThirdOption the chance for a third option]]. Of course, Corrin also shows contempt for Serpent!Kenji due to his cruelty.
*** Though them, he also got to know the [[Pantheon/GoodAndEvilColors Hoshidan Royal Siblings]], and he managed to gain their alliance as well.
** His potential after [[spoiler:unlocking his Ki holds so much light]] that he poses a great threat to dark entities with weakness to light has marked him as a threat to such deities or those who employ such creatures like Xehanort and Mr. Scratch.
** As someone who goes against the intentions of their evil father( figure)s (even if posthumously in Kenji's case, as he wasn't actually responsible for his father's death), in addition to Corrin, Dragon!Kenji has become allies with Rock Howard, Zuko, Jin Kazama, and Alucard.

* The Strange Man Series consists of four stories about four troubled individuals, each trying to deal with their problems in their everyday lives until all changes when they run into a "Strange Man". David Hoover and his encounter with the mysterious Crooked Man, Sophie Grundler and her insomnia which connected her with the elusive Sandman, Keith Baring and his confrontation with the Boogieman and lastly, Will and his attempts to avoid becoming a Hanged Man. These four all had in common one thing, [[MultipleEndings their stories can end in multiple ways]] some are sad ends, [[EarnYourBadEnding sometimes even fates worse than death]] and other times [[EarnYourHappyEnding they finally overcome all their obstacles]], the latter of which all four manage to achieve which granted the right to godhood.
** Their ascension caught them by surprise. It started one spring when Will decided to visit his half-brother David Hoover and also spend some time with some friends he made along the way. Keith and Sophie were also there to greet him but once Will arrived all four were suddenly transported to an unfamiliar location. The Court of Gods formally introduced themselves to the puzzled group who thought they were being pranked but it turns out this was no joke, they indeed ended up in the Trope Pantheons.
* The relationship of these four is a little hard to explain. It all started with David, at the time dealing with a severe depression after moving to a new house but the encounters with the Crooked Man, the spirit of a man who went through a similar ordeal, his life changed for the better...[[BornUnlucky slightly]]. One day he met Sophie and his willingness to listen to her and his general NiceGuy demeanor made Sophie develop a crush on him but she was heartbroken later when she learned that he already had a girlfriend. Thankfully Sophie managed to overcome her insecurities and stay friends with David, who later invited her and her father Richard to a tour through an old castle where they both met Keith Baring, a police detective on vacation with his wife Helena to sort out their marital problems. That trip would prove to be a disaster after the group was the victim of a SerialKiller claiming to be the Boogieman, but later Keith managed to apprehend the culprit and save everyone, [[FireForgedFriends becoming good friends with everyone in the process]]. That brings up to Will, the young half-brother of David from another mother, Will suffered from visions and visits from strange friends shortly after the death of his father and the encounter with the "Hanged Man", culminating in him visiting David after running away from home but feeling unsure of himself, he sneaked from David's home and wound up in an abandoned shelter in the middle of the woods, where he would lose his friend Pop, try to find him and face his inner demons while at it. Will also came accross both Sophie and Keith, who would become precious friends to him and allow him to overcome his issue.
* Considering this is a place where AllMythsAreTrue they were curious if any of the supernatural creatures they've encountered were real here. The least surprised of the four was Sophie, who felt vindicated after proving to everyone (especially Keith) that fairies were real. However, there was no sign of any of the monsters that tormented any of our four protagonist, with the only exception being the Bogeyman who in truth wasn't really the same Boogieman Keith encountered in the "World Worst Tour" but the real deal himself. Sophie recognized his chilly voice and got scared and Keith finally met the real Boogieman that has symbolically tormented him all those years ago.
* They were allowed to have most of their families and close ones as heralds meaning the group that went to Livingstone Castle was reunited with the addition of Will and his mom. Will got especially happy that the Court of Gods even allowed him a special someone to visit Will, none other than Pop the world travelling super rat. Will was overjoyed to see Pop again and the latter congratulated him for becoming a real good man.
* Considering their struggles each one of them had to go through, they relate a lot to those that had to go through similar supernatural ordeals (or at least [[UnreliableNarrator what they think they saw]]). First one on the list was James Sunderland, haunted by the death of his wife and being drawn to the city of Silent Hill after she wrote him a letter to come there. Both David and Keith have a lot in common in him but neither have a strong opinion of him after learning [[spoiler:that he killed his wife and he couldn't accept the truth]]. David especially sees him as a dark reflection of him similar to how the Crooked Man was and Keith being a law enforcement official wants to bring James to justice, even if [[BadEnding he could have ended up doing the same thing James did]] but luckily he didn't.
** Another person the whole group felt sympathetic towards was Simon Henriksson. Then young man struggled with depression and it got worse after a car accident, leading him to experience hallucinations. David felt that he was in the same place before, Sophie and Will too were bullied and ocstrasized by others and Keith also had his life ruined by a car accident, even if he wasn't a direct victim of it. Simon is grateful to meet more people like him and the group was glad that the Court of Gods were kind enough to let Simon [[spoiler:walk again]]. That said, Keith is a little apprehensive of Simon given that his profile fits folks that he has dealt with in the past and Simon did end up accidentally gunning down two cops. Simon also finds it ironic that he ended up befriending another Sophie but hopes that this time he doesn't end up falling in love with this one (And Sophie also related to having your heart broken by someone you love)
** Isaac was introduced to the group by Simon, his horrifying upbringing, encounters with terrifying monsters and gigantic issues with his parents made the whole group give him a big hug (Even [[TheStoic Keith]]). Will is the one that hangs out with Isaac the most given that he thinks the wisdom of Pop could help Isaac like it helped him and he also is not fond of Ultra Greed, one of the bigger monsters Isaac has faced, given that his whole appearance gives him a nasty reminder of the Hanged Man that has haunted him for years.
* Sophie got interested in a literature club that a lot of people were talking about and even if she is at college now, she was curious to know more about it's nature. That where she met the DDLC group, welcomed by Monika and the other three girls and while she was tempted to join, she declined after being a bit unnerved it was located in the House of Pantheon/DreadAndValor. Then after learning more about them, she felt bad for turning them down and decided to pay them a visit with her friends in tow. Fortunately all got along, learning that under the surface all four characters had deeper issues and weren't what they seemed relieved Sophie and the other three a little but Monika was a contentious one for them, especially Keith who couldn't quite trust her cheery personality. They still remained on friendly terms and the literature club got curious to learn more about the "Strange Men" that haunted each of these characters.
* Considering their universe being a series of RPG maker games, some folks compared their adventures to a handful other deities from similar franchises including Madotsuki, Misao and Aya Drevis. With Misao they all get along fine and while she did become a vengeful spirit they don't think she was in the wrong to be so angry after what happened to her. With Madotsuki and Aya however, the four felt a bit uneasy, Madotsuki given her very standoffish demeanor that even made Keith look like a regular person in comparison and Aya because of her ties to a very horrible family. Aya at least wanted to be friends with Will given his similarities to the Blond Youth that helped her and Will doesn't mind her but is terrified of her father and him being around the pantheon has made the group think twice on befriending Aya.
* The Winchester Brothers approached the group and asked them about their supernatural experiences since they all believe were real. Sophie and Will were relieved that finally some people would believe their rather outlandishes tales, David was a bit hesitant to talk about what happened with the crooked man but he told them anyway and Keith was still a bit apprehensive opening up about the Boogieman and whatever visions he had during the whole Livingstone Castle incident. Considering the brothers too had gone through some rather tough situations themselves, they all ended up befriending the duo in order to help them with whatever they need.
* Exclusive to David:
** David struggled with depression after a lot of his issues became reality. He failed flying school, his girlfriend dumped him, his father abandoned him and his mother was too frail and sick to give him proper attention. But he ended up fixing everything after the Crooked Man was defeated, got back together with Shirley (and later married her) and moved on with his life, even if he lost his mother shortly after.
** He made two unlikely allies mostly given that they all share a horrible history with depression. Both Yuu Otosaka and Shinji Ikari became friends with David after hearing what happened with him and even if they belong to more fantastical worlds that doesn't mean their problems don't exist. Given that he is far more mundane by comparison and seems to have gotten on a straight path, David tries to be their StraightMan whenever they want to talk.
** Seems to visit the House of Pantheon/{{Travel}} a lot, mostly to reminisce of his dreams of becoming a pilot. The folks at Pantheon/AirBasedTravel have been pretty good sports and welcome David with open arms whenever he wants to visit.
** While he never mentioned to her in person, he is a little nervous around Natsuki from the Literature Club. Mostly because he had heard of her [[https://www.seekpng.com/png/detail/272-2727541_monika-party-doki-doki-literature-club-natsuki-death.png crooked version]] and wanted nothing to do with that. He has dealt with enough crooked monsters for a lifetime.
* Exclusive to Sophie:
** She had a lot of bottled up problems that she never told to anyone because she feared it would harm the ones she cared about. But she eventually GrewASpine and decided to confront her problems head on which ended up making her more happy and overcome her insomnia, even if it ended up making her a bit too abrasive. She also was the one that went through the most supernatural adventure, considering that what she saw was very surreal and not from her own world.
** Naturally closer to dream deities, she wanted to find the Sandman again and thank him for a lot of things but the Sandman she ended up finding wasn't the same one she knew. He also went by a different name, Dream of the Endless, and he seemingly knew about this other version of the Sandman so he adressed Sophie respectfully and told her that the Sandman also wanting to meet her again. Sandy is another version of the Sandman that she met and surprised to see considering she thought there was only one Sandman.
** Considering she suffered from Insomnia for a while and was prone to having nightmares, Sophie is understandably a little afraid of Freddy Krueger and Pitch Black given what they represent. She also feels this way towards Darkrai but at least this version of the Pokémon is benevolent and doesn't mean harm.
** One of her many issue was that she was bullied at her school by an AlphaBitch that used to be a friend. She later ended up fighting back and eventually both rekindled their friendship. Nonetheless, she still is not fond of bullies and she holds emnity for the representative of the AlphaBitch title Libby Chessler for that.
* Exclusive to Keith:
** On the surface, Keith Baring looks like your typical harboiled detective with NervesOfSteel and nothing to lose. Deep inside he was a broken man, desperately wanting to protect others as a means to cope with the loss of his son and putting an act of a tough man that never cries. The threat of divorce from his wife Helena, the one person he loves the most, and his encounter with the Boogieman made Keith reconsider his life choices and finally stop pretending he is fine. He solved the mystery of the Boogieman, saved everyone involved and for the first time, cried the death of his son in order to heal. And he heal he did, being at ease with himself has made his life a lot less miserable but even then he is still quite TheStoic.
** His wife Helena is almost an unnofficial fifth member and one of two heralds of the group that spends the most time in the pantheon. The two have a symbiotic relationship ever since their son Tod passed away and Helena herself can't bear more children, so they both have one another and if one would go away, the other would be utterly broken. That relationship made Keith and Kiritsugu Emiya quite the unlikely friends, considering that he too suffers from several of the same issues Keith has gone through and his wife Irisviel has a lot in common with Helena. The one thing that Keith doesn't like about Emiya is that he uses very underhanded methods for a greater good, which Keith being a law enforcement person doesn't approve but considering he has to deal with very nasty mages, he doesn't mind much at all if it's directed at awful people.
** Being the oldest of the group makes him naturally assume the role of the ReasonableAuthorityFigure and his job as a detective has him spend a lot of time in the House of Pantheon/{{Justice}}. He respects both James Gordon and Cole Phelps for being dedicated to their job, although the latter's infidelity to his wife is a sour point for Keith and has made him lose a bit of that respect he initially had, since he couldn't even bear to think doing the same to Helena. At first, considering his skeptic nature, he couldn't believe that Batman characters existed or fictional characters for that matter but the pantheon time and time again has made him reconsider his judgement.
** Speaking of Batman, he has met the guy and considers him way more moody than he expected. And considering his experience with the Boogieman, he hates the Joker as well. The clown found it hilarious that a paper wearing weirdo would act so much like him, or at least how Keith perceived him and so is considering doing the same to Keith if he ever gets the chance.
* Exclusive to Will:
** William Horton is an HeroicBastard born from a father that abandoned his former family to be with his mother while the latter being unaware of all this. That family he left behind was David Hoover and his mother, a fact that would haunt Will for a while after finding a letter that he himself thought was directed to him, addressing him as a "Demon Child". An encounter with a deceased person that had recently hung himself would make him see different creatures and animals talk to him, something that would scare the young will and made him become more and more distant from reality, until he ran away from home to talk to David. However, he changed his mind after a small incident in a fishing store and ran away until he found himself in a shelter in the middle of the woods, where he would end up embroiled in the middle of investigation involving a loose criminal while losing his precious friend Pop in the process.
** Of all the friends he had, Pop the world travelling super-rat was the closest. Pop would stay with him to cheer him up and give him advice to be a real good man, but running away from his house and escaping into the Deep Woods Shelter is what ultimately put an end to that friendship, since Pop ran away and Will was unable to find him in time (They did reunite but it was so before Ed started chasing Will to perform the "Happy Murders Trial"). Now in the pantheon and after having travelled the whole world again, Pop returned to visit Will and see how much of a real good man he has become. Pop in fact is the other herald that is basically an unnofficial member of the group alongside Helena, since he finds the Pantheon super interesting and it's also the first time both Sophie and Keith had been able to talk to Pop [[spoiler:(It certainly caught Keith off guard considering the real Pop was stomped by Robert and died. He hid the truth from Will to not hurt his feelings)]]
** As if it wasn't obvious, he is very fond of rats considering his friendship with Pop. First one he wanted to visit was Remy since he heard his friendship with a human allowed him to achieve his dream of becoming a cook and finds Will to be the perfect costumer. Both Will and Pop also befriended Jerry Mouse after one incident where he hid with Will while escaping from Tom. Not all the rats and mouses are friends with Will though, notably neither Will nor Pop are fond of Ratigan, a rat whose evil gives his species a bad rep.
** He is scared of nooses, he is still is traumatized by the encounter with the Hanged Man and becoming one. This is why he was a bit apprehensive of befriending the DDLC girls after hearing of what happened with Sayori, the latter deciding to cheer the young man and stating that she too feels the same way as he does. He also is afraid of White Face after a chance encounter White Face almost made Will play their "game" involving a noose and Will ran away the moment the floating face approached him.
