* Hitting Shuckle is easy, actually managing to hurt him on the other hand, is quite the challenge as in return for horrible strength, speed and stamina, Shuckle has the highest defenses of ''any'' Pokémon. Even [[{{God}} Arceus]].
* It's worth noting that there are two Pokemon with equal physical defenses-Mega Aggron and [[Pantheon/LivingObjects Mega Steelix]]. That being said their normal defense are still lesser than Shuckle's, and none are as dedicated to defense as it.
* Due to Shuckles' ability to make juices and wines by fermenting berries in its shell, it's not uncommon to not only see Shuckle in the house of food but to also see him with The Most Interesting Man in the World due to his tastes for [[WineIsClassy fine wine]].

It doesn't matter if his tier standing was kind of low due to low attack power... that's what it meant to be a FragileSpeedster. He and Bang still spar with each other at times.

A roar soon followed; its sheer volume pushing back the rest. That is how the dreaded Rajang ascended to the Pantheon.
