* In the 5th season episode 'Firing Line' we see the A-team attempt to escape their military prison but it ends with the implied death of Face and BA. It turns out to be just a Hannibal trying to imagine a way out of their predicament but realising that there isn't any they can do by themselves, Murdoch is their only hope. George Peppard had always wanted to do a final episode where the team all die 'Wild Bunch' style at the end and his idea may have provided inspiration for the sequence. Nevertheless the freeze frame with Hannibal screaming out in anguish at their fates is genuinely chilling.
