** She's perhaps the truest depiction of child abuser in the series, screaming, threatening and locking away infants, the oldest of whom is ''three''. While it's nearly all over-the-top and played for LaughablyEvil qualities, it's rather unsettling through the eyes of Chuckie, the one most genuinely intimidated and emotionally manipulated by her, and who almost got stuck with her ''as his step-mother''.

* The entire climax with the Rugrats creating havoc and destruction as they make their way to Notre Dame while in a Giant Reptar Mech is really, really funny, [[AdultFear it's also seriously horrifying]]. Again while everything is PlayedForLaughs, they're causing millions of dollars in collateral damage, and while the rest of the cast are somewhat safe inside the mech's head, Angelica is stuck out in the open inside the mouth the whole time. She's caught hanging on for her life many times, squirted with a strange substance, and even jettisoned hundreds of feet into the air at the top of the Eiffel Tower (that's over a thousand feet in the air!) only to be caught at the last second by Chuckie. Not to mention that they are being chased by the villain's henchman in another Mech, who knows damn well that they're in there and is showing no concern for their safety.

[[FridgeHorror When you think about it]] the Rugrats aren't intentionally destroying the city, [[ChildrenAreInnocent as they are children and don't know better]], but this man does and he's [[WouldHurtAChild essentially trying to harm (or in worse case scenario, kill) a bunch of toddlers and infants!]]

* Coco LaBouche is quite an intimidating villain. Probably the first Rugrats antagonist ever to be truly evil with no redeeming qualities.
