A well-known and versed radio psychologist, completely and utterly losing his sanity and screaming in absolute horror, as if witnessing the monstrosities of a few pages of H.P. Lovecraft, at the sight of the woman is enough to make the audience go "oh crap!" His brother, Niles, even clears his busy schedule as Frasier barges into a session and reveals what happened.

* "Bad Dog": Bulldog casually admits that [[TheSociopath he has no conscience]] and dismisses ''using a pregnant woman as a HumanShield'' as "a little thing", which, though somewhat PlayedForLaughs, is horrifying when you really think about it.

As such, he dreams that he's taking care of a baby in a dimly-lit nursery full of cartoonish decor and strangely warped, neon-colored furniture, with a wide-angle lens focusing on the scene. Daphne's loud footsteps and [[CannedOrdersOverLoudspeaker increasingly strict orders blare through as if on a PA system]] as Niles keeps [[AdultFear losing track of the baby and almost getting it killed]] in increasingly macabre ways (feeding it with a stick of dynamite instead of a bottle, laying it down on a table with a circular saw, and baking it in a pie -- all by accident) before eventually [[LiterallyShatteredLives dropping it and watching it shatter like glass.]]

He rapidly lists excuses as to why the marriage ending was his fault, inadvertently showing how emotionally and physically abusive the relationship was, and both Frasier and Martin are horrified, trying to talk him down from being ground under her heel again.

Frasier desperately tries one phone after another, breaking down into pitiful sobs as he tries to find the caller, only to then look up and see [[ItMakesSenseInContext Roz re-enacting Thelma and Louise in her side of the booth.]] The nightmare ends with Frasier's cries [[HellIsThatNoise being drowned out by the deafening sound of all the phones ringing at the same time.]]
