* Shizuri Mugino after she [[spoiler:CameBackWrong.]] She gains [[spoiler:GlowingEyesOfDoom]] and her already [[{{Yandere}} freakishly]] [[AxCrazy crazy]] personality makes matters even worse. She even threatens to [[spoiler:burn off Rikou's virginity]]!

** Exclusive to the light novels: Aureolus Izzard [[spoiler: Made a copy of himself that had his memories and thought it was him. It goes crazy when it figures out the truth, and has the power to turn anything it hits with its dart into molten gold, even people.]]
* Accelerator. Pretty much anything he does while in violent mode, including [[spoiler: brutally killing 10,000 teenage girls, chewing on at least one of those girls' fingers, executing a team sent after him in the most traumatizing and MindRape -y ways possible.]] And then you factor in his Powers which make him more or less invincible. Unless you are stronger than a nuke or happen to have an ability that trumps his and he can't adapt to (so far, only Touma), he is essentially unkillable.
** Perhaps his most gruesome kills were made during the Invasion by Vento of the Front, when [[spoiler:Hound Dog kidnapped Last Order]]. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=criARmG7wx4 This happens when they try to pursue him.]]
** The scene is more gruesome in the light novel, [[spoiler:where he chews on a blob of flesh that he blew off of a fallen Hound Dog's jaw using his looted shotgun, looking far more deranged than any other illustration that he was featured in prior.]]

** [[spoiler: Crowley's Hazards, the alternate possibilities of Aleister Crowley that were released to the world when Aleister was 'killed' by Lola/Coronzon. These alternative Crowleys include both Crowleys who have mastered magic and those who gave up and abandoned it. Their ranks include several bizarre creatures more fitting of the Regulation-class Materials, such as a large dragon made of organs with several carnivore plant-like maws, a humanoid figure made of concrete pieces patched together, [[MonsterClown a giant deformed clown taller than a broadcast tower]]], a humanoid form made of round clock faces and innumerable gears, and a giant with thick, sewn-together skin and tiny Crowleys spilling from the tears in said skin and many more monsters. Imagine all these creatures and more suddenly appearing all over the world simultaneously, and you have Aleister's assault of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth.]]

** Mimetic Predators, the living weapons used by the antagonist of this volume. They are artificial creatures created through magic with the ability to [[VoluntaryShapeshifting freely change shape into anything of around 32kg of mass]]. They have strength surpassing the average dinosaur and can form multiple tentacles to skewer an enemy, but the worst thing about them is how they hunt. They adapt their forms to their environment, acting as bait to attract prey. [[ParanoiaFuel For example, in a mountain cabin during winter they could be the firewood or the stove you try to use to warm up. In the desert they could be a jug of water.]] In a urban environment like Academy City they take the form of small little girls, intentionally choosing a mobile form that will draw the attention of humans. When a human takes the bait and gets close to them the girl splits in half vertically like an iron maiden, revealing a gaping maw.

** We finally get the Imagine Breaker's antithesis: [[spoiler: the World Rejecter]]. What it does to anyone, even [[spoiler: Magic Gods]], and how they seem to be fine with its effects, are truly horrifying.

* What happened to [[TeleportersAndTransporters Musujime Awaki]] when she messed up her calculations and found part of her leg [[TeleFrag stuck in a wall]], removing the leg also removed the leg's skin and '''muscle'''.
