The history of H was eradicated by an armed military force in a war.

The conflict was replaced, not by the military forces, but by a special 'Mic' mesmerizing the psyches of the people.

In the not too distant future, in the year H, the world has had its fill of senseless war and violence. The women, especially, are completely fed up; and in their crusade against the madness they have stopped all physical wars and banned weapons, with a bill called Bill H. So now there's peace and happiness, right?

To put it bluntly, no; in this world, the women have had enough of senseless violence--and evidently, also men. They took over all government positions eventually, moving the new order into the central Chuoku district, while the men were made second class citizens and placed in one of the districts outside of it.

However, from these circumstances rose a brand new weapon--the Hypnosis Microphone, which gives its user the ability to psychologically affect anyone in hearing range if compelling enough. Logically, this results in territorial disputes among the districts. This usually happens in colosseum battles, in which teams representing each district are pit against each other and voted on by thousands of women. The winning team gains some favor from them and a certain amount of territory with it. How is this supposed to work, you ask?

Rapping, of course.

Yes, rapping; the language of the streets and of the rebels. This time tested way of proving mettle is now the key to power outside of central, and one rap group stood above them all--The Dirty Dawg. But infighting and a clash of ideals made this group split into four, and now they've become the leaders of four different districts; Ichirou Yamada of Ikebukuro district's '''Buster Bros.!!!''', Samatoki Aohitsugi of Yokohama district's '''Mad Trigger Crew''', Ramuda Amemura of Shibuya's '''Fling Posse''', and Jakurai Jinguji of Shinjuku's '''Matenrou'''. And all of them want to kick the shit out of each other.
