"Duality" is a song by Music/{{Slipknot}}, released as the lead single to their 2004 album ''Music/Vol3TheSubliminalVerses''. This was the band's first major radio hit, peaking at number 6 on the ''Billboard'' Alternative Airplay chart and number 5 on the Mainstream Rock chart.

The music video was shot at a fan's house in Iowa that was undergoing renovation and focuses on a crowd of people going wild to the band's performance of the song. The crowd was not to trash the house during the production of the video, but, as shown in the video, the crowd did not listen. As a result, the band was asked to replace various items that were damaged or destroyed in the video. Roughly $50,000 was reportedly paid in compensation.

In 2010, Creator/RoadrunnerRecords named this [[https://blabbermouth.net/news/the-ten-greatest-music-videos-in-roadrunner-history-part as the greatest video]] released on the label. ''Loudwire'' also [[https://loudwire.com/slipknot-best-music-videos-ranked/ named it in 2019]] as the band's best video.

* HairFlip: There is a good amount of headbanging from the band and some long-haired fans.
* LyricalColdOpen: The song begins with Corey whispering "I push my fingers into my..." he starts singing as a keyboard comes in.
* PerformanceVideo: The main focus is the band performing to a restless crowd that trashes the house.
* PowderKegCrowd: The crowd has too much energy to keep the house in one piece.
* SoftGlass: Some people break the windows and jump through with no visible bleeding.
* ThereWasADoor: The crowd isn't exactly lining up to the door to see the band.
* WalkingShirtlessScene: A lot of the people in the crowd have no shirts.
