It clearly didn't look pleasant, especially to Ashi who remembers being made to take this ritual [[WouldHurtAChild as a little girl.]] Even lolicon fanatics should be disturbed at the sight of a prepubescent girl ''screaming in agony'' as she is made to bathe in something that looks like hot coals.]]
** [[spoiler: Later on, she tries to [[OffingTheOffspring kill Ashi simply for refusing to kill Jack.]] Thankfully, Ashi is able to turn the tables and kill the High Priestess.]]

When Jack is transported to its dimension, [[spoiler:we found that it had devoured the souls of a lot of people]]. [[FridgeHorror We are then left to wonder how long this thing has been doing this]]. Worse, [[ForTheEvulz no reason is ever given for its actions]]. Probably worse is that there is no implication that he was created and/or is in league with Aku.
