A few scenes later, the once-vibrant city is completely silent and drenched in a reddish light, heavily implying that the conquistadors killed everyone. He spends the remainder of the movie [[WouldHurtAChild shooting at the children protagonists]], clearly attempting to kill them. He does manage to shoot the condor--later revealed to be the village shaman in animal form--carrying them, resulting in them nearly plummeting to their deaths. Upon reaching the village, he follows Tepulpai into the ancestral cave, slaughtering the snake guardians [[{{greed}} for their gems]]. He assaults the kid, breaking the Huaca and dismissing the treasure as worthless, for which he attempts to kill Tepulpai.

* ''Anime/BungoStrayDogsDeadApple'': [[BigBad Tatsuhiko Shibusawa]] is a [[MadScientist sociopathic researcher]] obsessed with finding the Ultimate Ability. To his ends, Shibusawa forced [[WouldHurtAChild gifted children]], most notably [[TheHero Atsushi Nakajima]], to endure torturous experiments so he can activate their Abilities. Shibusawa's curiosities to see people's Abilities in action would lead him to cause the Dragon's Head Conflict in Yokohama that lasted for 88 days and resulted in 88 deaths. In the present, Shibusawa unleashes a mysterious fog onto the world that led to hundreds of people murdered by their own Abilities, before crystalizing said Abilities to collect, and would collaborate with Omasu Dazai and Fyodor Dostoevsky to spread his fog throughout Yokohama. Shibusawa would then backstab Dazai before [[FusionDance fusing]] with him to become a dragon and destroy Yokohama. Becoming the "Singularity", Shibusawa allows his fog to engulf the planet and kill off every single Ability-user so he could absorb their Abilities to make himself more powerful.

Grimes orchestrates an attack on a group of seals--including a child--to test Quinn's team, and later reveals his master plan to slaughter all of seal island in a feeding frenzy to serve as a warning to the rest of the ocean that Grimes is "top of the food chain". Grimes' cruelty is so profound that he repeatedly taunts Quinn over Benji's death, and spitefully promises to kill every seal Quinn has ever met just to twist the knife further.

* ''WesternAnimation/AdventuresInZambezia'': [[BigBad Budzo]] is a ravenous [[MaliciousMonitorLizard monitor lizard]] with a taste for [[ChildEater bird eggs]]. In the past, he tore off Chief Sekhuru's wing and killed Amaya, Tendai's wife and hero Kai's mother, while trying to devour an egg, causing Tendai to abandon Zambezia in grief. Losing his claw in the battle, he vows revenge upon Zambezia. When he returns, he aligns with the Marabos, convincing them to kidnap the Weavers before he captures Tendai, using him as a hostage to force the Weavers to build him a bridge. Once it is completed, [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness he turns on the Marabos and leaves them to be devoured by his lizard army]] while he storms Zambezia, intent on taking over as a tyrant and devouring their eggs. Arrogant and malicious, Budzo [[CardCarryingVillain displays nothing but sadistic glee]] at his crimes, casually dismissing them without a second thought, and is treated with fear and contempt by every other character.

* ''WesternAnimation/FernGullyTheLastRainforest'': [[DestroyerDeity Hexxus]] stands [[VileVillainSaccharineShow in contrast to such a lighthearted setting]]. In the past, Hexxus caused a mountain known as Mount Warning to erupt like a volcano and destroy anything it touched, killing countless people and creatures in [=FernGully=]; this would also cause a majority of the humans to flee in terror and never return. Hexxus was finally [[SealedEvilInACan defeated]] by the fairy priestess Magi Lune, but is released during the events of the film and manipulates the humans running a logging machine into heading towards [=FernGully=] so he can get revenge on the fairies for his imprisonment. Hexxus plans to [[OmnicidalManiac pollute the entire world and destroy it]], killing millions in the process so he can rule over the world as a PollutedWasteland.

** ''Crime and Punishment'': [[PsychoPsychologist Kyōka Tsujigai]] is the director of the rehabilitation facility Sanctuary, renowned for keeping her patients' crime coefficient under 90 and returning them to society. To achieve these results, however, [[MadScientist Tsujigai]] performs inhumane experiments and drugging to [[BrainwashedAndCrazy brainwash her patients into being subservient to her will]]; those who resist the effects of her brainwashing experience excruciatingly painful symptoms, culminating in likely death, to uphold the dark secrets of Sanctuary. Tsujigai forces her enslaved workers into performing illegal labor, such as the disposal of radioactive waste, being able to easily write off any casualties due to society's apathy for latent criminals. When cornered by Inspector Mika Shimotsuki, Tsujigai claims to be well-intentioned by giving society's outcasts a place to be, but [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist this is revealed to be a farce]] when Mika plays a video recording that exposes Tsujigai's sheer contempt for latent criminals, openly expressing their lives are worthless.
** ''First Guardian'': [[InsaneAdmiral Colonel Yoshito Takaesu]] of the National Defense Forces oversees Sibyl's military operations outside of Japan's borders. Growing disillusioned with his losses in manpower and resources to maintain the Sibyl System's image of power, Yoshito harbors a desire to subvert Sibyl's authority and [[ItsAllAboutMe salvage his own reputation]]. In a collaboration with the Southeast Asian Union, Japan requests a task force to assist in dealing with local military insurgents that threaten the confederation. Yoshito, with a clique of military officers on board with his scheme, rigs the battle to be lost to test run an experimental WeaponOfMassDestruction. Officially deeming the battle lost and declaring land forces MIA, Yoshito proceeds to unleash a chemical agent upon the region, killing his own task force and most of the insurgents. When Itsuki Otomo inexplicably returns from the grave to exact revenge, Takaesu is willing to undertake any means to hide the conspiracy, from the lobotomization of government officials to the assassinations of Inspectors. Although Takaesu claims to have sacrificed much for his country, Enforcer Masaoka rebukes him, expressing that nothing could possibly justify his crimes.
** ''On the Other Side of Love and Hate'' (aka ''In the Realm Beyond''): [[PsychoForHire Jean-Marcel Belmondo]] is a psychopathic mercenary in service of [[VillainWithGoodPublicity Guillermo Garcia]], a renowned peacekeeper across the war-torn regions of the Southeast Asian Union. In truth, Garcia [[WarForFunAndProfit orchestrates tensions and conflict]] to extort money from all parties, with Jean handling the dirty work while Garcia acts as a negotiator. A vicious {{sadist}}, Jean takes pleasure in killing, with his only reservations being his life at stake for [[{{Greed}} what he perceives isn't enough compensation]] from Garcia. At one point, Jean even committed genocide, rounding up all the civilians of a decimated village and sadistically toying with their fear before wildly gunning them down with childish glee.

* ''WesternAnimation/TitanAE'': [[HiveQueen The Drej Queen]] leads her race of malevolent EnergyBeings in a [[KillAllHumans wholesale genocide of humankind]] out of a [[FantasticRacism xenophobic hatred]] of humanity's capacity for imagination. After firebombing Earth into nothingness, the Queen hunts down any surviving humans over the course of many years, the Drej menacing anyone in their way as they hunt their prey. When she learns that young human Cale Tucker is planning to find ''Titan'', a space station capable of reviving Earth, the Queen torturously captures him and jettisons his partner [[LoveInterest Akima Kunimoto]] into space, hoping to prevent ''Titan'' from being used. The Queen also makes a deal with treacherous human captain Joseph Korso to lead her to ''Titan'' so she may destroy it and seal humanity's doom, before going behind Korso's back and trying to accomplish it her own way so the Drej can shut him out of the deal.

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Barnyard}}'': [[AxCrazy Dag]] is the sadistic leader of a [[ThoseWilyCoyotes pack of coyotes]]. Unlike the other coyotes who kill for food, he seems to enjoy killing his victims more than eating them. This is shown when he shows a group of chickens his chain which has severed chicken legs on it. When faced with Otis's father Ben, he [[YouKilledMyFather murders him]] and then shames Otis by telling him that his father would've survived had he been there for him. He then makes a compromise with Otis that stated that he and his pack of coyotes could get a couple of animals every night, and if Otis didn't comply, Dag and his coyotes would personally slaughter everything in the farm that Otis held dear, including possibly the farmer. This deal was just a trick to keep Otis busy while he and his pack kidnap the hens as well as the chick Maddy. He then tries to spitefully [[WouldHurtAChild eat the latter]], just because she called him a "meaner". Murderous and needlessly cruel, [[VileVillainSaccharineShow Dag is seemingly out of place in an otherwise lighthearted film]].

* ''Manga/SpaceAdventureCobra: The Movie'': [[SpellMyNameWithAnS Crystal Bowie/Crystal Boy]] of the SpacePirate Guild, Cobra's ArchEnemy, is a massive being made of crystal who desires the power of the world of Myrus. Brainwashing one of the three princesses of Myrus, Catherine, into loving him, Crystal Bowie has her murder her own sister Jane and later hunts down the third sister Dominique, killing her comrades before killing her as well. Using Catherine to unlock Myrus, Crystal Bowie reveals he plans to use its powers to blow up the entire Seventh Galaxy, killing all there as a warning to the rest of the galaxy to never defy the Pirate Guild.

After he has the heroes within his grasp, Zygon leads his ships to obliterate the human's opposing fleet and take over the planet by force. Once he's been [[RoboticReveal revealed as Nexus]], Zygon takes Aviana, Orin's new LoveInterest, hostage, threatening her life. Once Orin surrenders, Zygon attempts to strike him down with his own blade.

Throughout the film, Bora Ra shows he is perfectly willing to murder anyone that gets in his way, and even turn on his allies. After painfully extracting the teleportation power from Ochobot, Bora Ra murders him right in front of [=BoBoiBoy=] simply to [[HopeCrusher crush his hope]], mocking him for crying over it. Refusing to admit defeat to the heroes, Bora Ra summons a [[UnrealisticBlackHole massive black hole]] that threatens to consume the entire Floating Island with the heroes and several power spheres.

Joyrock committed absolute genocide on the elves, absorbing their lives and powers, using the power to separate Mipross from the mainland and rule it from the shadows. Joyrock toys with the humans of Mipross as he desires, and those who enter a certain part of the island have their lives sucked out by Joyrock. The Emperor soon targets Pinocchio as his next victim, and has Puppetino lure Pinocchio with [[WouldHurtAChild a little girl]] they captured and turned into a puppet. When Pinocchio is freed by the Blue Fairy, the Emperor manipulates Pinocchio and his friends into entering his domain. The Emperor uses Geppetto as his hostage, in order to coerce Pinocchio into signing away his freedom willingly, so that the Blue Fairy cannot save him. Pinocchio submits as long as his friends and father go free, until the Emperor orders Puppetino to take them all into the dungeon anyway. Once Pinocchio fights back, [[BadBoss the Emperor smites Puppetino]] for his cowardice, and threatens to harm Geppetto if Pinocchio does not obey.
