''Jagaaaaaan'' is a Supernatural Action-Horror {{Seinen}} manga written by Kaneshiro Muneyuki which utilizes BodyHorror in the spirit of ''Film/TokyoGorePolice'' combined with an unique artstyle, provided by Nishida Kensuke. It ran in ''Big Comic Spirits'' from 2017 to 2021.

* ManIFeelLikeAWoman: Yadori starts [[ADateWithRosiePalms touching himself]] almost immediately after waking up in a female body. He then stops, because he has no idea how to arouse his new body.

* RainOfSomethingUnusual: The plot kick-starts when all of a sudden UncannyValley amphibians starts raining down over the city from a clear sky.

* WeHardlyKnewYe: [[spoiler:All members of Team Kaishu]] are killed off 2 chapters after they're introduced.
* UncannyValley: Even the normal humans are drawn to have unsettling facial expressions.

* EleventhHourSuperpower: [[spoiler: Yang-Jagaaaaaan, Jagasaki's SuperMode. Created after Bell reawakens Jagasaki's desires in full following his DespairEventHorizon, this form has the ability to fire bullets that act as a PowerNullifier capable of destroying Fractured Human cells without killing the target.]]

* EleventhHourSuperpower: [[spoiler: Yin-Jagaaaaaan, Jagasaki's SuperMode. Born of Mikazuchi's HeroicSacrifice, it uses what appears to be extremely powerful singularities to intensify the cell-destroying effects of Jagasaki's bullets.]]

* ButNotTooForeign: Clarabelle "Bell" Kawamoto is half-Japanese, half-American.

* CoolOldGuy: Yukimaru's grandfather was the best guardian Yukimaru ever had. [[spoiler: Since Jagasaki is responsible for his death, Yukimaru vows to take revenge]].

* DisproportionateRetribution: [[spoiler:Because Kemu and Imoto revealed to their teacher and everyone's parents that he's been bullying them, Bandou got someone to accuse Imoto's father of sexual harassment and flung a golf ball into the windshield of their car, causing Imoto's mother to get paralysed from the waist down.]]
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: Jagasaki's fight with [[spoiler:the fully fractured Hakuto]] consists of building up power into two round balls behind his gun arm, while Yumama, an attractive woman, helps him handle his gun warns him to not fire prematurely.
* FairCop: Bell is a police officer and very sexy. Jagasaki sure is lucky.

* TheFirstCutIsTheDeepest: Robahata fell in love with Karen, but some misunderstandings about their relationship and seeing her having sex with someone who hurt her feelings drives him over the edge. Even as he becomes a serial rapist who brainwashes girls into being addicted to having sex with him, it's clear that he's still extremely hurt by Karen's seeming betrayal. [[spoiler:In his last moments, he comes to realize that he still loves her deeply and dies wanting to reunite with her.]]

In spite of this, his interactions with Jagasaki and Karen make it clear that as self-deprecating as he is, he still ultimately and happily accepts companionship when offered.

* LoveConfession: Chapter 53 sees [[spoiler:Jagasaki and Bell]] fully admitting to each other that they're in love with them.

It's only when he comes to sympathize with a girl named Karen that he seems to find purpose in life and he becomes even more happy when he and Karen actually become friends. Then, just as he planned to confess his feelings for her, he is ForcedToWatch her have sex with someone who had previously rejected her and his whole world comes crashing downTe, completing his transformation into a Fractured Human.

Even if he wasn't arrested for his actions in the past due to the Statute of Limitation, Bandou lost everything: his wealth, his license, his job, his reputation, and his family. And on top of all that, he's slowly being poisoned to death from Immochi's poison powder.]]

* CentralTheme: Humans, and their relationship with their inner desires. People often suppress their desires for the sake of saving face, and more often than not this leads to more harm than good.
* CharacterDevelopment: Jagasaki starts off the series completely loathing the mundanity of his life, constantly dreaming about GoingPostal and shooting up basically everyone he sees--''including'' his fiance, whom he considers as more or less an annoyance. But when he becomes a Fractured Human and is forced to kill his fiance when she turns into one as well, he turns around and devotes the rest of his days to atoning for his actions.
