The Tear Garden are Edward Ka-Spel and Skinny Puppy's Cevin Key as a duo; according to Edward, "The Center Bullet" was the first Tear Garden song, and Cevin had asked him to write lyrics to the then-unreleased Skinny Puppy instrumental to test the waters for a full-on collaborative project.
