* ''Fanfic/MyHeroSchoolAdventureIsAllWrongAsExpected'': Hachiman can copy the Quirk of anyone he touches and retain a whooping ''108'' of them, but they're somewhat watered-down (they're essentially at 1/108th power, and he can only use one at a time), although a number of them turn out to have some MundaneUtility (a Quirk whose original holder could [[ExtremeOmnivore eat anything]] gives him perfect, if mundane digestion). It's not until he accidentally copies the GameBreaker One For All and can tap its power into other Quirks that they start to even approach hero standards. Even then, he needs to spend ''hours'' meditating to build up each Quirk's "stockpiles", individually. None the less, he manages to show everyone why a JackOfAllTrades is not to be underestimated.

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Megamind}}'': ''The Button of Doom'' short film has Megamind attempt to be a superhero by [[ClothesMakeTheSuperman wearing tech]] to approximate Metro Man's powers. By the end of the film, [[BeYourself he realizes he's better off fighting crime with his old supervillain gadgets instead of trying to be Metro Man]].
