Yo Yogi example

Added DiffLines:

* The short-lived ''WesternAnimation/YoYogi'' had as its most noteworthy gimmick the use of 3-D effects in certain scenes (which would usually be signaled by Yogi spinning his hat as a reminder to the kids to put their 3-D glasses on).

* The season 4 finale of ''Series/AmericanGladiators'' had this for some reason (more importantly, it was the end of the Larry Czonka era, as the next season brought in Lisa Malosky as cohost and a general {{Retool}}).

* During the height of the UsefulNotes/CompactDisc's popularity among consumers, a minor trend existed wherein artists would occasionally release albums with lenticular or holographic covers to provide a pseudo-3D effect; examples include ''Diamonds and Pearls'' (holographic cover) by Music/{{Prince}} and ''Music/{{Hours|DavidBowieAlbum}}'' (lenticular cover) by Music/DavidBowie.

** Music/TheRollingStones also had a much earlier example with ''Music/TheirSatanicMajestiesRequest'', which featured a lenticular 3D image of the band against a sky backdrop; the image was meant to occupy the whole cover, but was shrunken down to save money. Most re-releases of the album omit the lenticular effect, including most CD reissues (save for a [[NoExportForYou Japan-exclusive]] SHM-CD release).

* ABC did a weeklong 3D promotion that included TGIF shows ''Series/SabrinaTheTeenageWitch'', ''Series/FamilyMatters'', and even ''Series/AmericasFunniestHomeVideos'' (which was also structured as a ''Series/FullHouse'' reunion show). It did not go well as the writers of each show had to write in the 3-D gags in haphazardly and piecemeal and all of the gags where objects were thrown at the screen were groan-inducing and are now useless when these episodes are rerun.

* The ''Dust Bunnies'' episode of ''WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}}''. It used the [=ChromaDepth=] method and required special glasses.
* The ''WesternAnimation/KaBlam'' episode ''Won't Crack or Peel!'' was originally broadcast in 3-D (similar to the above ''Rugrats'' episode, it used Chroma Depth and needed the glasses, known as ''Noggle-Vision'' for the week in 1997, and after that, the episode would be slightly re-done without the 3-D). The episode focused on Henry and June introducing "[=KaBlam=]-o-Vision", which was supposed to have the audience interact with the show (cute little gags like having a StaringContest with the duo ([[NightmareFuel which included June plucking out her eyeballs and sticking them to the screen]])
