** Interestingly enough Batman is the leader of the Justice League in Young Justice. WordOfGod claims he is not the original leader, but is unanimously agreed to be now. Presumably they started out with Superman as a Type IV, (considering his ID number is 01) and then decided the team would be more effective if Batman (ID No. 02) took over as a Type I.
