By contrast, her rival Taffyta is a snobby, fashion-obsessed AlphaBitch who makes it her mission to undermine Vanellope by doing everything it takes to prevent her from competing in the races. * ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'': Applejack is a hard-working farm girl who is always willing to help, while Rarity is vain and quite self-centered.

** In the first season, we have PerkyGoth Gwen, and AcademicAlphaBitch, Courtney. Gwen, though a snarky loner, at the start, [[TookALevelInKindness becomes a very nice and considerate person by the end of the first season]]. Meanwhile, Courtney was a prissy overachiever who started out haughty and overly competitive, [[TookALevelInJerkass and became outright vindictive and mean as the series went on]]. Also from the first season, Gwen's rival, Heather, loves makeovers and tanning and is a complete AlphaBitch.

* ''Series/That70sShow'': Tomboy Donna is laid back enough to be OneOfTheBoys and is close to CoolLoser Eric, while Jackie is a rich, self-absorbed ProudBeauty who looks down on both Donna and Eric.

* ''Film/ACinderellaStory'': Sam is a nice CoolLoser heroine who likes baseball and wears a TomboyishBaseballCap. Her rival Shelby is the typical AlphaBitch cheerleader.

* Subverted in ''Film/JumanjiWelcomeToTheJungle''. Nerdy, tomboyish Martha seems at first like the nicer, more approachable character compared to the girly, ditzy Bethany. During their time in the game, however, Martha's character flaws reveal her to be more judgmental and cynical, whereas Bethany turns out to be pretty nice and supportive. By the end, the girls wind up as best friends and help each other through their issues.

* In ''Film/SkyHigh2005'', Tomboyish GreenThumb Layla is one of the main heroes of the film, and is consistently nice throughout, even to Will's rival Warren. The AlphaBitch cheerleader, however, bullies her and the other "Hero Support" students much like their other popular friends and even joins the villains at the end of the movie. [[spoiler:The film's BigBad, Gwen, spends most of the film being another popular girly girl, who puts on a BitchInSheepsClothing routine. She acts kind at first, but starts to show her true colors when she bullies Layla in a KickTheDog moment.]]

Not to mention, she is very loyal to her best friends, [[MrImagination Eugene McGillicuddy]] and [[TokenMinority Charlie Thomas Jones]], and helps them fight "crime" as "superheroes". Meanwhile, the trio's [[SitcomArchNemesis main foe]], [[AlphaBitch Meredith Mooney]], is a typical GirlyGirl, who wears dresses, has her hair tied up with ribbons, and is ''obsessed'' with the color, [[PinkIsFeminine pink]]. However, Meredith is also the class [[TheBully bully]] who constantly name-calls her enemies and mocks them whenever she has the chance. Not to mention that she ridiculed Sally for being a tomboy on her first day of school.
