None of these were examples of spam attacks, just spam.

* In ''VideoGame/Pokémon'', it is not uncommon for a player to have one of their Pokémon spam one of their moves for one reason or another, whether it's simply because it has the highest base power in their moveset, or if's part of a different strategy. One example is having a Scizor with Technician spam Bullet Punch, since Technician and STAB give it a priority move with an effective base power of 90 and a ton of PP. Another good example is to have a Malamar with Contrary spam Superpower. Contrary reverses normal stat changes, so Superpower will hit hard ''and'' boost your Attack and Defense, meaning it hits harder and harder each time.
** Some NPC's in the franchise are also well-known for spamming certain moves:
*** In RBY, there's a Team Rocket Grunt in Mt. Moon with a Raticate that knows Hyper Fang, which it loves to use constantly and hits ''ridiculously'' hard at that point in the game.
*** Misty's Starmie at the Cerulean Gym in RBY loves to spam Bubble Beam.
*** Whitney's Miltank at the Goldenrod Gym is well-known for spamming Rollout, a Rock-type move that doubles in power with each successive hit.
*** In the Gen IV games, if you chose Piplup as your starter, your rival's Turtwig will spam Withdraw to tank everything you can throw at it during your first rival battle.
*** In Gen IV, Candice, the Snowpoint Gym Leader, has a Froslass in the Platinum version. Since it appears in the battle after Candice's Abomasnow sets up permanent hail with its Snow Warning ability, Froslass will likely spam Blizzard, which strikes with perfect accuracy in a hailstorm.
*** In the Gen V games, once Ghetsis's Cofagrigus badly poisons you with Toxic, it will stall out your Pokémon by spamming Protect.
** Any Pokémon that gets hit by the move Encore will be temporarily forced to spam the last move it used.
** Any Pokémon holding a Choice item, such as a Choice Scarf, will gain some kind of benefit in battle but in exchange will be forced to spam the first move it uses.

* This is what the Autofire advantage in the ''TabletopGame/HeroSystem'' is for (despite the name, it can also be applied to melee attack powers). There's also the Multiple Attack ''maneuver'', which any character can in principle make use of with any attacks they may be able to launch that the GM agrees are plausible to use together in that fashion; this one has the downside of taking up the character's full phase (rather than half as a regular attack would), making them easier to hit, and making each attack less accurate (with the first miss meaning that all the ones left over to resolve will automatically miss as well), but in particular in ''combination'' with autofire and a decent attack bonus it's definitely one way to open a can of spam.

* The purpose of flurries and extra action charms in ''{{TabletopGame/Exalted}}''. At maximum power, an essence 10 Solar can use a quick weapon (preferably jade) and a combo built around Iron Whirlwind Attack (upgraded with Invincible Fury of the Dawn) to attack thirteen times in 3 to 5 seconds - then use Ready in Eight Directions Stance to strike ''again'' whenever someone tries to hit them. The net result is that a duel between two essence 10 Solar swordsmen with the same combo can involve each of them striking an average of five times per second - and that's with a regular daiklave; a jade short daiklave ramps this up to ''eight'' blows per second.
