** "Home, Swampy, Home": When the villains flee the base, Frax is left behind because the control room doors slam shut in his face. Thus only Frix is with the Air Marshal at the end.
** "On the Blink": Frax corners Quentin the koala up a tree and shakes it to make him fall out. Frix is nowhere in sight. Frax ''does'' yell offscreen to someone, though, and indeed Frix did appear in the scene in the script.

*The Twin Emperors in ''VideoGame/WorldOfWarcraft''. They share hit points, making them literally the same person even in terms of game mechanics. Might or might not also be telepathic. Their synchronicity is part of what makes them very dangerous. The other part is their shared insanity. Poignantly though, if you kill one and not the other the survivor will use all his remaining strength to wipe the raid in revenge: clearly, not wanting to live without his brother.
**Although they don't share hit points, the Sunwell Twins would also count. They are two Eredar sorceresses who use distinct magical powers but act with total synchronization and finish each others' sentences. Similarly, killing one causes the other to make a suicide attack. Whether or not they are literally twins though, is unknown. Though they refer to each other as "sister", so do plenty of other characters with no biological relation to each other.
**Fandral Staghelm and his apprentice in the Shadowlands raid. They appear as two flaming cats, although both are actually night elf druids. Although not literal twins, they certainly fight like it. And like the other "twin" fights, they have to be killed at roughly the same time. The reason for this is most likely that Fandral views his apprentice as a surrogate daughter, after losing his only child in the War of the Shifting Sands (the cause of his FaceHeelTurn).

* In ''[[Literature/FelseInvestigates Black Is the Colour of My True Love's Heart]]'' by Creator/EllisPeters, the Rossignol twins are never seen apart and act like two halves of a single person. Justified that their single-mindedness is not inherent, but an affectation they've adopted for effect (they're a musical double-act), and there's a scene where they drop it when nobody's looking (though even then the narrator doesn't name them individually).

* An odd variation is taken in ''VideoGame/RuneFactory2''. Sera and Serina are twins who [[InformedAttribute you are told are very different]] because [[TomboyAndGirlyGirl one is "bookish", while the other is "sporty"]]. In actual fact, however, they are separated in only one quest, where one begs you to reunite her with the other, at that, and not only like doing the same things, but count as one person in your menu, and giving items to one counts as giving it to the other. As a second-generation romantic option, [[OT3 dating one means dating the other]], and they even complete (or simply repeat and enunciate upon) each other's sentences. Thanks to a probably-unintentional bug, they're even available as [[BiTheWay romantic interests]] to a female PC.

* The Wrestling/BellaTwins were presented as this roughly until their 2013 return. They dressed identically, had matching hairstyles, would speak in promos together and only could be distinguished by which sister held the Divas' Championship at one time (save for a brief 2009 feud where Nikki had a FaceHeelTurn). Case in point; when they first debuted and Brie would wrestle matches [[TwinSwitch before switching with Nikki]] to win, Nikki would sometimes go out on TV pretending to be Brie. Upon ''Series/TotalDivas'' establishing how different their personalities were, and Nikki's breast implants preventing them from looking 100% identical, they were able to be treated as separate entities.

* In another rare use of the 'One person, Two bodies' ploy, Miss Level, a village witch first met in Terry Pratchett's ''Discworld/AHatFullOfSky'' (''Literature/{{Discworld}}''), was born with two bodies, and people assumed her to be a set of twins, "then they thought [she] was evil." * Played with in ''ComicBook/TransformersMoreThanMeetsTheEye'' with the Duobots, Shock and Ore. Despite being physically distinctive (Shock was red and Ore was blue), most Autobots never bothered to learn which was which until Shock was killed by a Sparkeater and Ore was accidentally fused to the ship's quantum engine (which killed him for most of the series, but he was briefly brought back to life, still fused with the engine, somehow).
