Despite having some clear lines on her face and grey streaks on the side of her head, she's a very beautiful woman who wears a dress [[AbsoluteCleavage that reveals her cleavage down to her navel]] and has slits on the side that shows off her legs.

* General Tarquin from ''Webcomic/TheOrderOfTheStick''. Haley sees him as evidence that [[spoiler:his son Elan]] is still going to be attractive in his middle age. Although, here, it is InformedAttractiveness, since it's a StickFigureComic.

* ''Manga/{{Freezing}}'': Sister Margaret Lindman is middle-aged, but has quite a lushious body as soon in an OVA where she is subjected to TheNudifier and everyone, [[EvenTheGirlsWantHer including women]], gawk at her.

* The first episode of ''Manga/SkullFaceBooksellerHondaSan'' has the title character interacting with a very handsome gray-haired man. Much awkwardness ensues when he tries to buy {{Hentai}}, which isn't available at the bookstore.

** The [[{{RedBaron}} Dark King]] [[{{MentorArchetype}} Silver Rayleigh]] (76) deserves a mention. His wife Shakuyaku (62) is another [[{{OlderThanTheyLook}} trope]].

* In ''FanFic/ABrighterDark,'' Yukimura is one of the oldest major characters on the Hoshidan side, but (a completely hungover) Corrin still finds him attractive enough to want to bed.

* [[http://fireemblem.wikia.com/wiki/Galzus Galzus]] from ''[[VideoGame/FireEmblemJugdral Fire Emblem: Thracia 776]]'' is remarked as quite handsome despite being older than many.

* [[LightNovel/Overlord2012 Sebas Tian]] certainly looks the part as a charming elder gentleman with impeccable manners and hair apparently silvered with age. The subversion is that he is originally a computer game NPC and thus technically only three years old.

* Doctor Kureha from ''Manga/OnePiece'' is close to 140 years old, and though [[OlderThanTheyLook her face looks like someone in their 70s]], [[{{Butterface}} her body is far more attractive]]. It helps that she dresses like a teenage girl.

Well, for some people, anyway. Most of us will likely get {{grumpy|OldMan}}, [[DirtyOldMan perverted]], or [[WhiteDwarfStarlet past our prime]] and will end up [[ElderlyBlueHairedLady trying anything in order to look younger]].

* Captain Jean-Luc Picard from ''Series/StarTrekTheNextGeneration'' has this trope in spades, albeit having switched out the traditional silver hair for BaldOfAwesome. Patrick Stewart was in his late forties when the show started and early sixties by the time they wrapped up the last movie, but his classical charm and dignified air wowed plenty of characters and viewers. Among Picard's potential suitors over the course of the series are HospitalHottie Doctor Crusher, AdventurerArchaeologist Vash, [[AbhorrentAdmirer unsubtle-cougar-on-the-prowl Lwaxanna Troi,]] and the Voice Of The Collective herself, [[HiveQueen The Borg Queen.]] What's especially impressive is that the more conventionally attractive Marina Sirtis and Jonathan Frakes were used for more standard fanservice, but Stewart managed to get just as much attention from the viewers, if not more.

* Stella Hawthorne of ''Literature/GhostStory'' is explicitly described at a 60-year-old grey-haired woman who remains intensely attractive to virtually every man in the entire town of Milburn, of every age.

* In ''Series/{{Friends}}'', Phoebe refers to Ralph Lauren as a "silver fox". The bulk of her plot of that episode is her thinking she made out with him - but it was just the (much younger!) Kenny the copy guy.

* ''WesternAnimation/VoltronLegendaryDefender'': King Alfor's white hair seems to be a hereditary trait as opposed to being a sign of age (since he's had it since youth, as does his daughter Allura). Still, this doesn't stop him from being drawn fit and handsome even in older age.

* In the ''[[Literature/BritsuneGardenSeries Britsune Garden series]]'', Queen Lilie is an eccentric but wise anthropomorphic corgi in her early seventies and having silvery curls, but she is described InUniverse and appears in the author’s official artwork as having luminescent and dreamy blue eyes, a quite attractive and voluptuous physique (though she is also described as being [[BigBeautifulWoman a little plump]]), especially with a [[BuxomIsBetter rather large bosom]]. Even a few of the male palace staff members have flirted with her.

* Franchise/MarvelCinematicUniverse'': Creator/JohnSlattery is used to give Howard Stark this for any appearances he makes canonically set between the mid-1970s and his death on December 16, 1991.

* ''Series/CobraKai'': Since thirty years have passed since the ''Karate Kid'' trilogy, John Kreese's hair has gone gray and he still as ruthless a karate fighter as well in his mid-70s. Terry Silver, who had slick black hair in ''Film/TheKarateKidPartIII'', [[StealthPun now literally has silver hair]] when he is introduced in season 4. This also serves to make him look much older than his actor, since Silver is meant to be the same age as Kreese, yet Thomas Ian Griffith is actually a few months ''younger'' than Creator/RalphMacchio, who plays Daniel [=LaRusso=] in his late 50s.

* Roger Sterling from ''Series/MadMen'', played by Creator/JohnSlattery. The name might be a StealthPun. He's definitely intended to be young for a man with pure white hair; he served in the Navy in World War II and was apparently a small child in the 1920s, so he's no older than 45ish when the series starts in 1960.
