* ''WesternAnimation/SheRaAndThePrincessesOfPower'': Entrapta, who according to WordOfSaintPaul is about five foot nothing, is the shortest of the princesses bar [[TheBabyOfTheBunch Frosta]] (who's, like, eleven), and is a technical genius that Bow describes as the smartest person he's ever met. Notably, while most of the other princesses are 17-18 and shown to be visibly shorter than fully adult characters like Shadow Weaver or Angella, WordOfSaintPaul ''also'' puts Entrapta at somewhere between 25 and 35 years old, meaning that she's not even short because she's young - she's easily got six, seven years on Adora, and could be anywhere up to twice her age. Possibly it's a side effect of her admittedly terrible diet?

Trance to some people), youngsters (Coco Bandicoot and Nina Cortex) or floating masks (Aku Aku and Uka Uka), yet Dr. N. Tropy is among one of the taller ones. Ripper Roo is completely insane due to a botched experiment, but still managed to educate himself by the second game. Crash himself is dimmer than both his tall girlfriend Tawna (as evidenced by ''Nitro-Fueled''). ''and'' his somewhat taller sister (the aforementioned Coco). As for the [[AmazonBrigade Nitro Squad]], Megumi is the shortest member and is mentioned to have made perfume in ''Team Racing'''s epilogue, yet Isabella is the most knowledgeable about cars and is Amazonian compared to the others.

How To Write An Example - Do Not Pothole the Trope Name

Naturally, seen often with TheSmartGuy and TheBigGuy of the FiveManBand. Interestingly enough, the TropeMaker of the modern FiveManBand, Anime/ScienceNinjaTeamGatchaman, had a TagalongKid as the Smart Guy, who was only 'smart' in the {{trickster}} sense rather than the technical sense. The two roles would become conflated later.

* Peni is one of the shortest of the main characters in ''WesternAnimation/SpiderManIntoTheSpiderVerse'', being beaten only by [[PintSizedPowerhouse Spider-Ham]]. On top of this, she's the youngest, and got very few of the standard Spider powers (in one scene, while the other five can WallCrawl, she has to be awkwardly wedged in between two of the others), meaning that while she's strong and quick by the normal standards for children, she can't keep up with Miles or Gwen. On the other hand, while she didn't build the MiniMecha she's piloting [[spoiler:although after the main plot is resolved she does start working on a new one]], she can definitely keep it running, and she's the one who steps forward whenever something technical needs doing.
