* ''Literature/{{Swellhead}}''. The British government sends a team to investigate why an ElaborateUndergroundBase has appeared out of nowhere on the island of Skerra. Turns out an alternate reality--in which one member of the team is a supervillain and the other his James Bond-type antagonist--is bleeding into ours.
* "Literature/TlonUqbarOrbisTertius": An encyclopedia is discovered with a detailed description of the fictional planet of Tlon, which was created over centuries by an AncientConspiracy of philosophers, scientists and writers. Everyone is fascinated by the discovery and discusses endlessly all aspects of Tlon. Then, gradually, objects from Tlon start appearing in the real world. The ending implies that reality will be completely replaced and the Earth will eventually become Tlon.
