Or at least the older and more conservative wizards do. There's no use in being important if commoners cannot see ''how'' important you are, they argue. ** In ''Disney/SleepingBeauty'' is relatively modest for such a dress, but still fancy, with a flared skirt, bodice with a white flared neckline, and fabric under the waist cut to look almost like flower petals.
