Not only does he [[spoiler:control 6 different bodies at the same time, each of whom have impressive destructive powers]], but he also [[spoiler:''completely and utterly annihilates'' the village of Konoha with a single attack that can be best described as a WaveMotionGun that uses ''gravity'' to crush the entire town.]] And he can also use a sphere of '''condensed gravitational energy''' to rip off entire chunks of the earth's surface to form a mini moon.
*** [[spoiler:Let's also keep in mind that the puppets were necessary because he was crippled and that operating six bodies at once, at a distance, and employing FunctionalMagic through them the entire time puts large stress on his mind (probably) and does put an enormous drain on his energy reserves. It was all originally meant to be channeled through the user, thus his effectiveness would have ''multiplied'', if not gone up exponentially if he was at full health and capacity.]]
** [[BadassGrandpa Onoki]] and his sensei [[spoiler:Mu]] can combine fire,earth and wind elements to form [[FantasticNuke Jinton(Dust release)]] bombs which can disintegrate their targets on a ''molecular level''.
** [[BadassLongcoat Kakuzu]] can use wind,fire lightning elemental techniques that dwarf a forest ''casually'',
** [[BadassTeacher Maito Gai]] can unlock [[DangerousForbiddenTechnique Chakra gates]] inside his body drastically increasing his physical abilities.In this mode he can [[http://www.mangareader.net/93-56761-12/naruto/chapter-506.html create flaming Tsunami destroying shockwaves]] or fire [[http://www.mangareader.net/93-56935-2/naruto/chapter-507.html tiger shaped mega blasts]] of air pressure.

He can also turn himself into a bomb and explode, although [[TakingYouWithMe obviously he can only do it once]]. And now [[OhCrap he's been brought back to life]] as an immortal zombie, same as most of the rest of Akatsuki. He's outright stated that he can go nuclear repeatedly, as the resurrection technique allows himself to reform. Person of mass destruction INDEED.]]
** Konan's most powerful technique [[spoiler:uses ''billions'' of explosives.]] She uses it [[spoiler:in a failed attempt]] to ''[[ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill kill a single person.]]''
** [[spoiler:But the real Uchiha Madara puts everyone else to shame when he summons ''[[ColonyDrop giant meteors out of the sky.]]'' And that's just for starters. After which he proceeds to A) create a forest that covers the horizon filled with plants that release poisonous pollen. B) Use some of the strongest fire-style abilities that take over 20 {{Elite Mook}}s to put out and he does it casually, C) create upwards of 20 clones that are eache people of mass destruction in their own right, D) have each clone use Susano'o, which one on it's own is capable of kicking around 5 of the strongest people in the Narutoverse, E) Create an abolutely [[AttackOfThe50FootWhatever COLOSSAL]] Susano'o that dwarves the local moutain ranges. F)Use said monster to chop a mountain in half.]]

** The titular character himself certainly qualifies. His chakra is so great that non-sensor shinobi can easily detect him ''in a different country''.

** She destroyed a group of tanks without even appearing to be winded and then casually asked Jason if there's anything else she can do for him.

* All three Endbringers in ''Literature/{{Worm}}'' easily qualify. Several characters worry that [[spoiler:Noelle]] does as well.

* In Marvel Comics' "NewUniverse", Ken Connell, the Starbrand, discovers his POMD potential when he accidentally annihilates the city of Pittsburgh by trying to transfer the Starbrand to an inanimate object ten miles in the air over the city.

* ''Manga/BakiTheGrappler'' has multiple people considered this through ''sheer [[CharlesAtlasSuperPower martial arts ability]]''. Most notably is Hanma Yujiro who has been named "the one and only Brute Strength Country', with the USA having made a pact of amity to him. Through Barack Obama.

* Flinx, of Creator/AlanDeanFoster's ''HumanxCommonwealth'' series, is something of a walking [[PsychicPowers psychic]] time bomb, as he has a tendency to erupt in massive, [[PowerIncontinence uncontrolled]] telekinetic [[SuperPowerMeltdown detonations]] when severely provoked. These are invariably highly destructive to his immediate surroundings, albeit not quite at the city/planet level. He later learns to control the power to some extent by deliberately walking into fatal situations in order to force it to trigger. That he is ''not'' treated as a superweapon by Commonwealth authorities who know of him is something of an incongruity.

Ironically, this ability may turn out to be [[spoiler:[[TheChosenOne the key to saving the universe]].]]

** The Dragonborn is considered one, since they literally are capable of taking on ''Dragons'' single-handed.

* The Archive from ''Literature/TheDresdenFiles''. Even putting aside that she knows the nuclear launch codes for every country on the planet, Ivy's [[LittleMissBadass ten years old]] and capable of holding off 8 fallen angels at once, with almost no resources, without breaking a sweat. But what else do you expect from the repository of all human knowledge?

** [[spoiler: This becomes a vital plot point, since, once outside of the games-verse and inside of the internet, his beam attack charge limit is literally unlimited: he can charge to a level high enough that it is literally impossible for every computer on the internet combined would be incapable of calculating it, meaning that just by powering up enough and releasing, he can destroy the internet... and everything in it.]]

** Yamamoto is far and away the most powerful Shinigami in the Gotei 13. His Shikai alone is enough to wipe out an area many times larger than Karakura Town and even other captain-class characters either have to gang up to fight him or have to use well-prepared strategy to limit his power before they fight him. [[spoiler: His Bankai turns out to be ThePowerOfTheSun, a power that cannot be activated freely as the very act of being in use will destroy the world ''by accident'' if used for too long.]]
