* Shows up in an early Manga/CrayonShinChan episode when the titular character gets a toothache and visits a dentist for the first time. While initially reluctant, Shin-Chan eventually gives in after realizing the dentist is a beautiful lady doctor, and the teeth removal isn't nearly as painful as he thought - cue the last panel where Shin-Chan starts wolfing down candy to deliberately give himself a tooth decay so his mother will take him to the same dentist again.

* WesternAnimation/TheCasagrandes: In "Tooth or Consequences", Adelaide loses her tooth after she and Carl crash into each other, so Carl tells her about El Ratón, the Latin American version of the Tooth Fairy. He doesn't come due to Bobby scaring off some miceThough it's suggested that those were just regular mice, so Bobby disguises himself as El Ratón to give Adelaide the money. As it turns out, El Ratón was actually stuck in a family reunion, and the episode ends with Bobby losing one of his own teeth.
