Lincoln and Clyde have worked there and KNOW the food is expired and contaminated, but seeing as it’s the only known gas station in town, the family has no choice but to keep going there. Also, Lily ate her first ice cream there. Granted, the other ice cream shop was closing and she dropped the first one, but keep in mind that Lily is a ONE YEAR OLD BABY. Why didn’t Lincoln warn the family about food poisoning if he likely knew what Flip was doing by that point? Are the Louds that desperate to get Lily an ice cream that they’re willing to risk the death of their youngest child by food poisoning? And let’s not forget that the Louds and the Santiago-Casagrandes spent Thanksgiving there in “The Loudest Thanksgiving”. Given the gas station’s health code violations, the food fight they had earlier seemed safer.
