Later that week, Rollo (who's 5 years old) is arrested for distributing pictures of a minor and hauled off to the police station, with his defence that "it was just a joke" falling flat. It then turns out this was all part of a plot by Cleveland to [[ScareEmStraight scare Rollo straight]] after all of Donna's punishments proved completely ineffective, and almost the whole town was in on it... only to find out that a terrified Rollo managed to break out of the station through a window and fled into the woods to avoid the prison sentence he thinks is coming for him. He eventually runs into Junior who explains what's actually going on, and while Rollo admits he's now officially sorry for what he did, he lampshades how ridiculously complex this whole punishment was, when a spanking would have worked just as well, something Donna refused from the start.
