* ''Series/TheWalkingDead'': Magda has a large tattoo on her chest which extends down over and between her breasts.

* ''VideoGame/Cyberpunk2077'': You can't see it in the game, but if you rip [[GadgeteerGenius Judy Alvarez's]] nude model used in her sex scene from the files, you can see that she has a [[VisualPun cat]] tattoo on her groin.

For the purposes of this trope, the qualifying areas are the chest (on women), the crotch and inner thigh, and the buttocks. Marks found on other areas, such as [[ShesGotLegs shapely legs]], [[BareYourMidriff bared midriffs]] or a bare back do not count. Marks just shy of these areas (''just'' above the breast, buttocks, or crotch) are passable, though.

* Subverted for comedic purposes in ''Anime/ThoseWhoHuntElves''; despite the main characters's enthusiasm in stripping elves naked, it's a RunningGag that every single one of the marks they're looking for appears on a spot that wouldn't be covered by clothes anyway.

* In the 2002 film adaptation of ''Theatre/TheImportanceOfBeingEarnest'', Gwendolen gets Ernest's name tattooed on her buttocks adding to her anger when she finds out "Ernest" is actually called "Jack". During the end credits Jack is seen at the same tattoo parlor getting a matching "Gwendolen" tatto as she holds his hand in support.

* In the second ''Film/TheNakedGun'' movie, a famous scientist is identified by a birthmark on his buttcheek. When a criminal disguises himself as the scientist, the main character yanks down the man's pants to expose him... only he grabbed the scientist and not the criminal.

* In the ''Literature/{{Discworld}}'' spinoff ''Literature/NannyOggsCookbook'', one illustration has [[DirtyOldWoman Nanny Ogg]] and [[InterspeciesRomance Casanunda]] looking as chastened as a couple of horny teenagers caught making out under the glare of Granny Weatherwax... while Nanny sports a pair of floury handprints over her breasts.

* Morgana in [[https://www.webtoons.com/en/fantasy/morgana-and-oz/list?title_no=2964&page=1 Morgana and Oz]] has one on her chest/torso. It's made kind of awkward to the people she shows.

* Played with in ''Series/TheGoodWife'', a woman who claims to have had an affair with Peter Florrick while he's running for governor says that he has a birthmark shaped like Brazil on his penis. Protagonist Alicia Florrick, his estranged wife who separated from him over a previous affair, busts out laughing when she's asked about the nonexistent birthmark.
* ''Series/{{Smallville}}'' Chloe Sullivan [[InformedAttribute apparently]] has a distinctive birthmark on one of her buttocks, assuming you believe the character with x-ray vision.

* ''Literature/Nos4A2'': Maggie has had a large rose tattooed onto her left breast in the second season.
* ''Series/MotherlandFortSalem'': Abigail, Raelle, and Tally exposit on the fact that witches' marks go from black to glittery after a witch loses her virginity. Abigail's and Tally's are in easy-to-show places, but Raelle (who is confirmed later to be a lesbian) comments they'd have to get ''a lot'' friendlier for her to show them hers, as it's right next to her vagina.

* In ''VideoGame/TheCaligulaEffect'', when the mysterious Wicked finally reveals themselves to the Go Home Club, they turn out to have a pink heart tatoo on the right side of their chest that only becomes visible because their attire includes an open shirt.

* Zevran from ''VideoGame/DragonAgeOrigins'' ''insinuates'' that he has tattoos on parts of his body that he can't show in polite company that "accentuate the lines of the body". These tattoos are never actually seen and he only refers to them.

* In ''VideoGame/JurassicParkTrespasser'', Anne has a heart-shaped tattoo on her breast that indicates her current health status. Since there is no HUD, the player has to actually look down to check the tattoo.
* Paya of ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild'' has a papaya-shaped birthmark, which is how she got her name. If Link asks where it is, she gets flustered and won't tell him. Impa eventually reveals it's on her left butt cheek.
* Isaac from ''VideoGame/CastlevaniaCurseOfDarkness'' has a complex series of tattoos that disappear into very low-cutting pants.
** In the comic booklet that comes with a promo CD upon pre-ordering the game, Isaac is shown fully unclothed, and his tattoos go all the way down to his ankles.

* Invoked and subverted in ''Manga/CatsEye'', when the police officers investigating the titular female thieves receive information that one of them has a birthmark on her inner tigh, allowing them to identify her by checking all women near the painting they know Cat's Eye is targeting... * In the movie ''Film/{{Overboard|1987}}'' with Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, he is able to convince the doctors caring for her that he's her husband because he could describe a buttock tattoo he saw when she was wearing a thong bikini.
* In ''Film/TheCourtJester'', the Rightful Heir (still an infant) has a BirthmarkOfDestiny on his butt. In the ending, the titular Jester, with the infant in his arms, lowers the swaddling clothes just far enough to reveal the birthmark, to a long line of nobles.

* In ''Film/VanillaSky'', Creator/TomCruise notices a mole between Creator/PenelopeCruz's breasts. It becomes a somewhat important plot point during the MindScrew climax.
* In ''Film/{{Goldeneye}}'', Bond is told he'll know the American agent he'll be working with on a mission, Jack Wade, from a distinctive tattoo he bears. The tattoo turns out to be the word "Muffy" (the name of Jack's ex-wife) tattooed onto one of Jack's buttocks.

* In an ImagineSpot in ''Film/HighFidelity'' Rob imagines his ex-girlfriend Laura with a tattoo of the name of one of his romantic rivals on her ass at the panty line.
* In ''Film/CarryOnDick'', the Bow Street Runners learn that the notorious highwayman "[[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything Big Dick]]" Turpin has a distinguishing birthmark on his penis, so one of them starts following men into the lavatory to see if he can spot it.

* ''Film/TheArcher'': Rebecca is revealed to have tattoos just over her breasts when she gets in the shower with Lauren.

* In the Franchise/ConanTheBarbarian novella ''A Witch Shall Be Born'', crescent birthmarks are considered signs of witchcraft, and one of these is the major feature distinguishing Queen Taramis from her evil twin Salome. Said birthmark is right on her chest.

* In the ''[[Literature/{{Paradox}} Claws and Starships]]'' short story "Rosettes and Ribbons", Peli has white fur except for one black rosette just below her left collar-bone. When one of the Aera tries to provoke his wife into challenging her to a duel by claiming a sexual relationship with her, she takes advantage of the Aera obsession with detail and shows off the rosette, knowing that he would have mentioned it if he had really seen her in the nude.

* During a LockAndLoadMontage in the ''Series/BurnNotice'' episode "Hot Spot" we get a shot of Fiona pulling her pants on. Turns out she has the letters "IRA" tattooed above her butt (she was in the [[UsefulNotes/TheIrishRevolution Irish Republican Army]] when she and Michael first met).

* In one episode of ''Series/BadJudge'' the defendant is being sued for mooning someone and as evidence his lawyer presents a picture of his buttock covered with a massive tattoo that the plaintiff didn't remember seeing. Rebecca requests that he drop his pants and show it, and he finds it painful just to stand up, which she takes to mean he just got his butt inked to tamper with the "evidence."

* In ''Dragon Hunter'', Seur-Chong threatens to spread around that a priestess has a mole on her breast if she refuses him payment (her own fault really, she's [[PublicBathhouseScene in the bath]] [[WhatAnIdiot while negotiating with him]]).

* Ciri from ''Franchise/TheWitcher'' has a rose on her upper thigh.
