A [[BreakingTheFourthWall fourth wall-breaking]] gag in which another character is inexplicably able to see another character's ImagineSpot, taking the perspective of the audience and reacting to specific details that they shouldn't be able to guess. [[MindReading Mind-readers]] don't count, as that's cheating. MediumAwareness helps.

* In [[HomestarRunner SBemail]] [[http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail169.html 169,]] others are not able to view Strong Bad's imagination due to a firewall, but Homestar apparently has "admin privileges".
** That's not what it was. In the email, Strong Bad is trying to imagine his dream job (a second second assistant space whale scrubber) while at his job. Normally, the screen would cut to the ImagineSpot for the fantasy. However, the thought bubble is blocked by a buzzer noise and the word '''Denied''' stamped in red ink. Strong Bad wonders why his imagination's not working, and Bubs walks in and explains that "The Suits" firewalled Strong Bad's imagination because his 'free thinking' was using the company's 'cost money'. Strong Bad tries to describe it with a bar graph, but Homestar walks in and describes his dream job (the guy who flies around on a big plastic goldfish, paining the clouds with an oversized novelty toothbrush), and we see his ImagineSpot of this happening. Strong Bad complains that Homestar's imagination is working while his own isn't, to which Homestar explains that he has 'admin privileges'. Still an example, as Strong Bad is quite aware of Homestar's imagination working.

* In MarvelComics ''SecretWars'', Klaw uses his powers to describe an imaginary possibility as to how the heroes could have survived Dr. Doom's lighting bolt. Having absorbed a PhysicalGod and suffering PowerIncontinence, Dr. Doom, just by seeing Klaw's depictions, causes them to come true.

* At one point in [[MahouSenseiNegima Negima]] [[http://www.onemanga.com/Mahou_Sensei_Negima!/15/14/ Konoka has a brief thought of how bishonen Negi will be when he's 18.]] Negi looks up and is shocked, asking who ''that'' is.

After Homer gets back to telling the story himself, Marge notices that he was imagining himself without a head and that he should have weighed a few more pounds.
** In another episode, Lisa says, "I feel like I'm in a think tank," leading Homer into a surprisingly accurate vision of policy discussion. When he comes out of the reverie, the other Simpsons are staring at him and he says, "What, I can't get one right?"
** And again, Bart imagines having a "Moon Party in Outer Space", complete with a theme song. After he comes out of the daydream, Homer walks into the room and starts singing the song.
