* ''{{Film/Hanna}}'' It is brief, and tender, and sweet, especially considering that she is an assassin trained from birth to kill who had just floored the man who tried to kiss her.

* ''{{Series/Legion|2017}}'': In "[[Recap/LegionS3E3Chapter22 Chapter 22]]", while stargazing on the balcony of the psychiatric hospital, Charles and Gabrielle then [[HeldGaze gaze at each other]] for a moment before sharing their first kiss. It's the last clip of their FallingInLoveMontage, so the kiss signals that they've moved past the courtship stage and are now a couple.

* In ''Film/IT2017'' Bill and Beverly had their first kiss during the school play, Beverly still remembers it fondly. However, Bev’s first kiss in the movie actually comes from Ben [[TrueLovesKiss to wake her up]] after Pennywise put her in a trance with the Deadlights. Just to [[PlayingWithATrope play with the trope even further]], the entire film ends on a [[TheBigDamnKiss Big Damn Kiss]] between Bill and Bev, which could also accurately be described as each one's FirstKiss due to the fact they're a. not acting in a play, and b. both fully conscious.

* In ''Film/IT2017'' Bill and Beverly had their first kiss during the school play, Beverly still remembers it fondly. However, Bev’s first kiss in the movie actually comes from Ben [[TrueLovesKiss to wake her up]] after Pennywise put her in a trance with the Deadlights.

* In ''Anime/CyberpunkEdgerunners'', Lucy gives one to David after he promises to take her to the moon. After she is assured he wouldn't die on her, they then share [[TheBigDamnKiss a longer, more passionate kiss]] that seals the deal on them being the series' OfficialCouple.

** Good [SplitPersonality Launch]] is actually Goku's first kiss, as she kisses him on the cheek sweetly while he's sleeping as a kid.

** Princess Charlotte's first kiss is Griffith and it's quite [[ForcefulKiss forceful]] with Grffith even asking if she is afraid when she resists him slightly which is some disturbing {{foreshadowing}} of his later [[RapeAsDrama horrific actions]].

** [[TheChessmaster Lelouch Lamperouge/vi Britannia]] gets his First Kiss from [[AllLovingHeroine Shirley Fenette]] in Episode 12. [[spoiler: It's played for drama, however; Shirley had just learned her father had been killed at the Battle of Narita, and being emotionally unstable at the time, she kissed Lelouch. She later apologises for it once she's calmed down a bit, saying it wasn't fair to him, and remarks on the irony that despite her long-time crush on him, she can't even be happy that they finally kissed. The fact that, unbeknownst to her, Lelouch is almost directly responsible for getting her father killed (as he is Zero, leader of the Black Knights) makes it worse.]]
** Near the end of the first season, Lelouch gets another First Kiss from [[spoiler: [[MysteriousWaif C.C.]], though the psychic powers she uses by physical contact make it unclear what her reasons for doing this are.]] Still, it's very undeniably one of their main ShipTease moments.

** Much to her chagrin, [[FallenPrincess Ange]] finds herself unfortunate to have lost her first kiss to another woman. [[spoiler:And that woman being Zola Axberg, her new commander in Arzenal's First Company, who was attempting to rape her.]] Ange's post-episode narration [[LampshadeHanging even lampshades it]].

** And at the end of R2 [[spoiler:Lelouch also gets a first (and only) kiss from Kallen, both for the latter to convey her true feelings and to gain a reaction out of Lelouch.]] This was particularly significant since [[spoiler:Kallen was very sensitive about giving her first kiss, as shown during the first season's Cat Hunt episode.]]

** Chi-chi's first kiss is with Goku as she kisses him [[AnywhereButTheirLips on the cheek]] after their match in 23rd [[TournamentArc Martial Arts Tournament]], it's sweet, especially Goku's facial [[https://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/loveinterest/images/5/57/Chichi_kisses_Goku%21%21.png/revision/latest?cb=20140719002513 confused]] expression. However, on-cheek is the only kisses Goku has gotten as he [[{{Retcon}} revealed]] in ''Anime/DragonBallSuper'' with Goku saying he's never kissed Chi-Chi on the lips and doesn't know what it feels like despite being married to her for years and having two sons with her.

* In ''VideoGame/ResidentEvil2'' Leon and Ada have their first kiss when Ada [[DyingDeclarationOfLove seemly dies]], in the [[VideoGame/ResidentEvil2Remake remake]] it happened even earlier on the tram as a ShutUpKiss. Unfortunately for the shippers, this is the ''only'' time Leon and Ada get kissy in the canon despite appearing in many games and a movie together. Leon does kiss Angela in ''Anime/ResidentEvilDegeneration'' when they fall into some water and need to give each other air. [[ChickMagnet Leon appears to get more lip action than every other RE hero]].

* ''VideoGame/SkiesOfArcadia: Legends'': Seen at the end of Vyse and Aika's 'PC'[[note]]"private conversation" - which are interactive dialog cutscenes that allow you to raise Vyse's [[RelationshipValues swashbuckler rating]], so long as the player chooses the proper responses in each dialog tree[[/note]] on the night before the battle with [[spoiler: the Hydra Fortress]], assuming his [[RelationshipValues swashbuckler rating]] is high enough. If it isn't, Aika will simply thank Vyse for making her feel better and return to bed. Otherwise, choosing the correct response[[note]]"Hey, I'm scared too."[[/note]] will cause her to give him [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2kT0iBMElA his first kiss... on the cheek.]]

* [[ActionGirl Lara Croft]] technically gets two in ''VideoGame/TombRaider2013'':
** Her first lip-lock actually happens when she's unconscious when [[MentorArchetype Roth]] is giving her [[KissOfLife CPR]] after the helicopter crash.
** Lara's first ''conscious'' kiss is with Alex, whom she kisses on the cheek near the end of the game. [[spoiler: Tragically, it was also a LastKiss as Alex was about to perform a HeroicSacrifice, and Lara seemed to think it was the most effective way of saying goodbye]].

* Parodied to some extent in ''Manga/LoveHina'' with Kaolla Su's chart. Keitaro's first -> Mutsumi. Naru's -> Also Mutsumi (she was saying hi both times). Motoko -> a kissing robot. Shinobu -> Tama the turtle. Kaolla Su -> Motoko's face is there, but it says it's her second.
* Dio steals Jonathan's girlfriend Erina's first kiss in ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood''. This starts a HumiliationConga - ''Dio's''. [[spoiler: Jonathan and Erina have their real first kiss at the end when Jonathan is dying from Dio’s EyeBeams, also making it a LastKiss. Luckily for the Joestar Family legacy, Erina was already pregnant before Jonathan kicked the bucket]].

* ''Anime/MazingerZ'': In the ''Mazinger-Z vs Great General of Darkness'' movie, Kouji is going to sortie with Mazinger-Z when Sayaka stops him. He is on the brink of crossing the DespairEventHorizon, and believing he'll inevitably die in the next battle, and Sayaka is anguished about it. They look at each other for a long moment, but finally they break up without kissing. However, when that scene was replayed in the manga (the episodes written by GosakuOta), they DID kiss. That scene was very heartwarming, but their relationship after the kiss was awkward for a while (since Kouji did now know how to deal with them being an OfficialCouple).

* ComicBook/{{Invincible}} Mark the titular hero protagonist has his First Kiss with his [[FirstLove Amber]] a girl from his high school who he also [[TheirFirstTime loses his virginity too]]. Later Mark is kissed by [[OneTrueLove Eve]] a fellow hero in Africa spurred on by their {{UST}} Mark can't help be responds to it despite dating Amber at the time, he breaks it off. Upon breaking up with Amber, Mark eventually dates Eve and soon makes her pregnant, marries her and they have a daughter together.

* ''Series/TheBigBangTheory'' Leonard and Penny first kiss in the first season HalloweenEpisode; Penny throws a party and a combination of inviting her PsychoEx and alcohol leads to her kissing Leonard ([[AboveTheInfluence and he chooses to pull away]]). [[LongRunner A full decade later]], after they get married, Penny recalls their first kiss differently, being a later first season episode on Leonard's birthday. Leonard is annoyed that she didn't remember the Halloween kiss, but she later confesses she deliberately ignored that one because of the circumstances surrounding it and felt the birthday kiss was more sweet and innocent.

* Zelda kisses Link for the first time in ''VideoGame/ZeldaIITheAdventureofLink'' but it's cruelly [[KissingDiscretionShot hidden]] by a curtain.

* In ''Literature/{{Twig}}'', Sylvester's first kiss is from Lillian, after she initiates a FakeOutMakeOut in order to help maintain her cover, and he immediately comments on ''how much fuel'' this gives him for bugging her later, which gives a perfect picture of their friendship.

* In the ''ComicBook/SpiderMan'' comics, Issue #143, Peter and Mary Jane Watson share their first kiss in a mostly empty section of JFK airport before Peter went on assignment in France. MJ reacts in surprise with, "Wow, why didn't you ever tell me you could kiss!" (Peter's first ''ever'' kiss was from Betty Brant, albeit off-panel), Peter bursting into cheerful laughter, by far the happiest and most carefree we've seen him in many an issue. Later on, when it all finally sinks in, MJ utters, as Peter's plane takes off, "Far freaking out" (made even funnier because the kiss was her idea).
* In ''ComicBook/Supergirl2005'' #0, ComicBook/{{Supergirl}} runs into Poison Ivy, and the villain forcefully kisses Kara to put her under mind-control. After pushing Ivy back, Supergirl tells ComicBook/{{Batgirl}} that was a very weird first kiss.

** ComicBook/{{Cyclops}} and ComicBook/JeanGrey’s first kiss was in ''All-New, All-Different X-Men'' #94. Ironically it happened [[https://womenwriteaboutcomics.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Image00004.jpg when Jean was leaving]] making it a LastKiss (at least at the time).
** ComicBook/{{Wolverine}}’s First Kiss, or accurately first kiss seen in the comics was Mariko.
** ComicBook/{{Colossus}} and ComicBook/KittyPryde’s first kiss was Kitty kissing him [[https://www.blastoffcomics.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Kitty-Mistletoe.jpg on the cheek at Christmas with a sneaky use of mistletoe]]. Kitty gave him the full lip lock later, but Colossus broke it off reminding Kitty of the age difference between them. It wasn’t till ''ComicBook/AstonishingXMen'' where Colossus and an older Kitty made out as two consenting adults.
** Subversion with ComicBook/{{Rogue}} as she had her powers emerge during her first kiss, [[BlessedWithSuck putting the boy in a permanent coma]]. Ouch. Rogue’s first non-disastrous kiss was with ComicBook/{{Gambit}} when ComicBook/{{Legion}} was [[NowOrNeverKiss collapsing reality]] and they [[https://www.syfy.com/sites/syfy/files/x-men_41_last_kiss.jpg decided to go out snogging]]. In a {{Retcon}} it is revealed that Gambit and Rogue kissed even earlier when they [[MeetCute first met]] under the Shadow King’s influence. Rogue, however, vehemently discounts the experience stating [[KissingUnderTheInfluence it wasn’t their independent choice]].
** Turns out ComicBook/{{Storm|MarvelComics}}’s first kiss [[https://i.pinimg.com/originals/17/d4/69/17d469903da44af68a03fd193ffc51f3.jpg was with T’challa]] aka ComicBook/BlackPanther when they were young. Storm got so excited she accidentally made lightning strike the tree they were sitting under.

* In ''Literature/TheKeyToCharlotte'', Charlotte has hers with Zakaria [[spoiler:she speaks for the first time]].

** Luffy's first kiss, to the shock of everyone is from Vinsmoke Reiju [[spoiler: Sanji's older sister]] who when Luffy is poisoned and dying literally [[SuckOutThePoison sucks the poison]] out through his lips in a KissOfLife scenario. The anime takes it UpToEleven with the kiss going on for a full minute, complete with loud sucking noise.
