** Finland isn't much of an example. That skid pad bit is because in Finland you will be driving on frozen roads most of the year, and you will crash if you don't have the training. Finland has very zealous traffic police and plenty of camera surveillance on the roads, so crazy driving is limited to individuals who think they are lucky enough not to be fined.
