* A common practice in comedy anime in general is to censor any names of anime/manga not from the production studio. Partially because of actual copyright laws, and it's funnier that way. Anime like ''Lucky Star'', ''Anime/PaniPoniDash'', and ''LightNovel/BakaAndTestSummonTheBeasts'' love to replace one letter with an asterisk to censor the name while still giving enough of a clue of what they're referring to. Sometimes they censor a different letter each time, making it even more obvious.

* In one of the ''VideoGame/FireEmblemAwakening'' DLC packs, there's [[http://fireemblem.wikia.com/wiki/File:Sallya_Beach_DLC.png an image]] of Tharja, the resident MsFanservice, wearing a bikini. Apparently, the localizers thought that it was a bit too suggestive, so they added a SceneryCensor [[http://fireemblem.wikia.com/wiki/File:Tharja_eng.png that covered up her rear end]]. This had the unintentional effect of making the picture ''more'' suggestive, as it implies that her swimsuit is even ''skimpier'', or that she's in the process of taking it off.

* Episode 19 of ''WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged'' has a sequence where Vegeta drops a ClusterBleepBomb in response to the [[QuirkyMinibossSquad Ginyu Force]] showing up; the PostCreditsScene plays the audio unbleeped, revealing that it's all innocuous stuff like "Son of a gum-chewing funk monster!" and "Find me in the Alps!"
