Note: Mainly preteens (less than 13 years of age) are accepted, although if this applies to younger teenagers, especially compared to the depiction of adult deaths, this can be accepted. And this is a DeathTrope, so expect unmarked spoilers.

I removed the Skyrim example because the fact children being invincible in a video game isn't this trope.

* WebVideo/TheGreylockTapes:
** trojan technology ends with a young girl being attacked by a Tulpa thoughtform, though the footage cuts out the death itself, only showing the moment of the attack and the blood in the aftermath.
** At the end of old odd ends, the murderous VoiceChangeling thoughtform exclaims "it's a monster!" with the voice of a young child, implying it had an encounter with one.

* In the Film/TheMatrixRevolutions, while it was implied that Smith assimilated Sati, Sati and Seraph (he repeats "Cookies need love like everything does," something she had said while alone with the Oracle, and does an EvilLaugh), her assimilation was never seen or heard.heard. Like the other programs who were assimilated, she returns in the ending.

** King Joffrey Baratheon orders the City Watch to kill all of Robert Baratheon's known bastards which he considers them as threats to his claim for the Iron Throne. While most of these bastards are teenagers such as Gendry, the youngest is still an infant. When Ser Janos Slynt of the City Watch orders one of his men to kill the baby, he refuses, causing Janos to do the deed instead in front the mother by grabbing a knife to stab the baby. The next scene cuts away to the mother wailing in terror as she watches her child die in front of her.

* The prologue to ComicBook/SupermanAndTheLegionOfSuperHeroes has a riff on Superman's standard origin where a dying alien planet leads to a pair of parents sending their child to Earth in hopes of being adopted by a new family there, only for the human couple who end up discovering the child deciding to raise their guns and open fire (as the Justice League of Earth has successfully made most of humanity alien-hating bigots). The story cuts away from this before we see the extraterrestrial baby blown away.

Kind of irrelevant and speculative.

* In Film/StarWarsEpisodeIIIRevengeOfTheSith, during the 501st Legion's attack on the Jedi Temple, Anakin walks into the Council chamber, where a large number of younglings are hiding. One of them asks what they're going to do to survive...only for Anakin to ignite his lightsaber. While we don't see him do the deed, we see plenty of child-sized bodies afterward. Not to mention the likely hundreds of other children massacred by the new Empire.
