!!Parodies

[[AC:{{Anime}} and {{Manga}}]]
* "MushroomSamba" from ''CowboyBebop'', which was a mashup parody of two iconic 70s film genres - blaxploitation and DrugComedy.

[[AC:{{Film}}]]
* ''AustinPowers in: Goldmember'' - "My name is Foxy Cleopatra and I'm a whole lotta woman!", "You have the right to remain sexy, sugar..." And yes, her name is just "Foxy Brown" and "Cleopatra Jones" put together.
* ''Black Devil Doll'' is a very low-budget spoof of blaxsploitation cinema, featuring a foul-mouthed vantriloquist dummy.
* ''BlackDynamite'', an almost perfect recreation of period films.
* ''{{Coonskin}}'' (also known as ''Street Fighter''), {{Ralph Bakshi}}'s live-action/animation deconstruction of both {{Blaxploitation}} and ''SongOfTheSouth''.
* ''{{Dolemite}}'' - A hard-working pimp fights back against crooked cops who want to frame him for crimes he didn't commit (instead of the rather obvious crimes he does commit). One of the first blaxploitation parodies, [[MisaimedFandom but some people think it's a straight example]].
* ''TheHebrewHammer''. A "Jewsploitation" movie, same plot concept, but with Jewish stereotypes. And SantaClaus.
* ''[[ImGonnaGitYouSucka I'm Gonna Git You Sucka]]'' - A 1986 film starring Keenan Ivory Wayans and several other stars of blaxploitation films such as Jim Brown, Antonio Fargas (that's "Huggy Bear" to you ''{{Starsky and Hutch}}'' fans) and Isaac Hayes.
* ''JackieBrown'' is {{Quentin Tarantino}}'s homage to the genre.
* ''{{Machete}}'' started out as a fictitious Mexploitation film whose [[RealTrailerFakeMovie trailer]] was part of ''{{Grindhouse}}'', but RobertRodriguez [[{{Defictionalization}} actually made it]].
* ''UndercoverBrother'' - An early 2000s Eddie Griffin film about a SoulBrotha who joins a secret organization in its fight against "The Man" and his quest to "whitewash" influential black figures.
* And who can forget the ''[[{{X-Men}} The Juggernaut,]] [[{{thisisasentencebitch}} BITCH]]''! (Though the Juggernaut technically isn't black, in "The Juggernaut Bitch" series, he--and everyone else--basically is.)
* ''PootieTang'' is a completely silly spoof of the blaxploitation genre.

[[AC:LiveActionTV]]
* ''JustShootMe'' once showed a clip from Nina's own star turn as ''Foxy Trouble''.
* ''SaturdayNightLive'' had a blaxploitation film parody on the season 36 episode hosted by Jessie Eisenberg (''The Social Network'') with musical guest Nicki Minaj called "The Bride of Blackenstein," in which Dr. Blackenstein (Jay Pharoah) and his assistant Igor (Jessie Eisenberg) create a bride (Nicki Minaj) for Blackenstein's monster (Kenan Thompson). Unfortunately, despite the fact that the bride [[BabyGotBack has a nice ass]] (made from two basketballs filled with Jell-O), she is very much the embodiment of the SassyBlackWoman trope (only she's not fat).

[[AC:VideoGames]]
* Isaac Washington, the secondary protagonist of ''HouseOfTheDead: Overkill'' is basically a straight sendup of the average blaxploitation hero, [[ZeroPunctuation who uses "motherfucker" like most of us would use a comma]]. Make him mad and he'll rip your balls off.
* Not an entire work, but one of the main characters of ''IndigoProphecy'' is an African-American police officer. We get to see his apartment early in the game, and the place is a blaxploitation ''nightmare.''
* The hats released for Demoman from ''TeamFortress2'' are a parody of this: The small black "'fro" and a pimp's hat.
* ''MaxPayne 2'' has the ShowWithinAShow "Dick Justice", a parody of the first ''Max Payne'' with a black protagonist.

[[AC:WesternAnimation]]
* It's only a brief clip, but ''TheSimpsons'' did a memorable gag where Homer is watching a tv-movie titled ''Blackula Meets Black Dracula''. It's [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin pretty much what you'd expect based on the title.]]
** Also in ''The Simpsons'', Homer watches "Blaxploitation Theater" which is said to feature ''{{Blacula}}'', ''Blankenstein'', and ''The Blunch Black of Bloture Blame''. Homer's response? "Ooh, funkay!"
* Similarly, ''FamilyGuy'' once had a fictional trailer for ''Black to the Future'', a Blaxploitative version of BackToTheFuture.
** Said trailer also mentioned ''Blackdraft,'' ''Caddyblack'' and ''Black Kramer vs. Kramer.''
* An elder black version of Dracula in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy is parody of Blacula.
* ''Drawn Together'' has Foxxy Love, a sass talking black girl and mystery solver who is often fighting against oppressive, and white, institutions (i.e., The Board of Education)
* The ''AmericanDad'' episode "Brains, Brains, and Automobiles" has a Blaxploitation-style fight between Stan and the Chocodile mascot (a crocodile in PimpDuds), complete with funky soundtrack.
* TheVentureBrothers has Jefferson Twilight who is a {{Blacula}} hunter.
* Robot police officer URL from ''{{Futurama}}'' is a parody of such characters.

Some cleaning, getting rid of a case of X Just X, adding an example. This page does need some cleanup; there\'s at least one huge Block Of Text as an example description on what could feasibly be converted into an index page.

* ''Black Caesar'' - Directed by Larry Cohen and starring Fred Williamson. Tommy Gibbs, a shoeshine kid in Harlem, becomes a mob runner. On one of his jobs he's beaten severely by a corrupt, racist cop (who claims Gibbs stole part of his bribe - the movie's ambiguous as to whether or not this was true or if he was just shorted) and his leg is shattered, leaving him mildly crippled. Gibbs is then [[MiscarriageOfJustice sent to jail for assaulting a police officer]]. This is fine with him, though, because he intends to use that time to learn as much as he can from the criminals within. [[XanatosRoulette (Apparently this had been a long-term plan of his.)]] After leaving prison, he assassinates a Mafia target and leverages that favor into a deal allowing him to control a section of Harlem. Gibbs then spends the next several years building up an extensive criminal empire. He becomes something of a local hero among the people of Harlem because, hey, at least it's another black person oppressing and extorting from them instead of a white guy. Ultimately Gibbs' desire for power causes him to backstab and assassinate his Mafia allies, and [[LonelyAtTheTop alienates his friends and family]], who abandon him. War breaks out between the Mafia and Gibbs' organization, and he is forced to flee Mafia assassins. After being gut-shot by a corrupt cop, Gibbs eventually faces off against the same policeman who had crippled him at the start of the film, who had been in his pocket and is now on his trail. After a savage fight, the cop is killed. Staggering through the streets, mortally wounded, Gibbs is set upon by a violent gang of black youths (about the same age he was at the start of the film), and murdered. Black test audiences, [[MisaimedFandom apparently seeing Gibbs as a hero]], loved this movie right up until the ending, which led to a great deal of protest (according to Cohen, one woman actually tried to attack him, [[WideEyedIdealist claiming that black people wouldn't do that to one another]]), so Cohen physically cut the last scene out of the prints showing in theaters at the time, leading to something of a GainaxEnding...
