** Muttley from ''WesternAnimation/WackyRaces'' wears a red collar. On ''WesternAnimation/DastardlyAndMuttleyInTheirFlyingMachines'', he wears a red collar and an orange pilot helmet with goggles.

* All Franchise/{{Jewelpet}}s wear accessories, usually necklaces with their respective minerals attached, though some are simple cloth ribbons. Some additionally have hair decorations.

At the end, [[spoiler:the protagonist bunny's whole party]] is adorned with blue flowers.
* During a strip of ''WebComic/NerfNow'' in which everyone's drawn in the style of ''Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog'', Morgan goes for this trope (wearing only her boots), eschewing the PantslessMalesFullyDressedFemales trope, in hopes that furries would see there's nothing to get excited about and not masturbate to her. When Angie points out that some would just do that anyway, clothes or no clothes, Morgan cynically replies that they'd get off to a trainwreck if there was a tail attached to it.

** All the chickens in ''WesternAnimation/ChickenRun'' wore scarves, necklaces, and other kinds of neckgear. This is actually because the heads for their models are all detachable from their bodies; the accessories were given to obscure the seam from the audience and help prevent their heads from falling off.

* Some of the "WebAnimation/CheatCommandos" from ''WebAnimation/HomestarRunner''.

** All of the ponies in the original cartoons wore ribbons on their tails, and some had hats or eyewear. The Big Brother ponies from the ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyAndFriends'' episode "Somnambula" wore neckerchiefs instead of ribbons.
** ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyTales'' featured far more anthropomorphic designs, including more common use of this trope.

** Touché Turtle only wears a white cavalier hat, while his sidekick Dum Dum wears only a red feathered cap and a red scarf.

* Before the ContinuityReboot, ''Comicbook/ArchieComicsSonicTheHedgehog'' featured a more diverse mix of this, {{Fully Dressed Cartoon Animal}}s, and [[HalfDressedCartoonAnimal Half Dressed Cartoon Animals]] compared to the main franchise, even featuring female characters, such as Sally Acorn, wearing more or less the same amount of clothing [[PantslessMalesFullyDressedFemales as their male counterparts]].

* Red XIII from ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII'' wears various hairclips, decorative combs and other "headdresses".

* In ''WesternAnimation/TheAmazingWorldOfGumball'', the title character and his family [[BarefootCartoonAnimal don't wear shoes]] but are otherwise fully clothed. However, Darwin (essentially Gumball's brother) wears ''only'' shoes. Several other characters, like Darwin, wear only shoes, including Penny (peanut), Tobias (multi-colored blot with limbs), and Anton (piece of toast). Other examples with different accessories include Principal Brown (a slug with brown hair and glasses) and Carrie (a ghost with hair clips)

* ''Webcomic/AxisPowersHetalia'':
** Iceland's pet bird, [[FormallyNamedPet Mr. Puffin]], wears a red bow tie.
** The cat versions of Germany and Austria wear ribbons around their necks.

** In addition to wearing blue socks on his hands and feet, Literature/FoxInSocks wears a matching bowler hat and scarf.

* The 1980s [[Animated Adaptation films]] of ''Literature/PeterNoTail'' portray Peter/Pelle and the other cats wearing either collars or hats much like in the books mentioned below. Peter in particular wears a green bowtie and a brown cap.
