YMMV, and we're shown exactly what happened.

* InferredHolocaust: Ahsoka starts a violent revolt on a farming planet against the Empire before the Rebel Alliance exists. This will probably not end well for the people involved.

* CanonDiscontinuity: Everything about the Siege of Mandalore and Order 66 flashbacks were overwritten by the events of the seventh season of ''WesternAnimation/TheCloneWars'', which played out differently. However, the other events of the novel remain canon.
** Or at least they were until ''[[WesternAnimation/StarWarsTalesOfTheJedi Tales of the Jedi]]'' would change the story but funny enough keep the exact plot points making it only a half-retcon.

Not to be confused with the series ''Series/{{Ahsoka}}'', the live-action show starring Creator/RosarioDawson, centered on Ahsoka in a timeline closer to the events of ''Series/TheMandalorian''.

* AmbiguouslyBi: Ahsoka's feelings toward Kaeden are far more subdued than the other girl’s very obvious crush. While Ahsoka never openly acknowledges them, she does have few subtle moments that show the attraction is at least mutual, such as prioritizing Kaeden's safety over others, and at one point finding it amusing that when Kaeden sits on her bed that that is considered a very intimate action in Togruta culture. The books author, E.K. Johnston, would confirm Ahsoka's feeling for Kaeden over twitter in a now deleted post, but stressed not labeling her as anything and that her sexuality was up to the reader to interpret.

** At one point, Ahsoka travels to [[spoiler:Ilum]] and discovers that the Empire has drilled all the way down to its core. ''VideoGame/JediFallenOrder'', which was released three years later, outright confirmed that [[spoiler:Ilum was eventually transformed into Starkiller Base]].

Word Of God has stated that Ahsoka did return Kaeden's feelings as can be seen in the Word Of Gay section, as such given how she is written and her subdued reaction it still falls under Ambiguous. The previous entry though was confusingly written so I will try to rewrite it in a way that is more on point.

* NotSoDifferent: Ahsoka muses a few times that Anakin and Obi-Wan may have had different ways of entering a situation, but the end result was often the same, explosions and running.

Ahsoka shows no attraction; not being offended at someone of the same gender being interested in you is a mark of a mature person.

* AmbiguouslyBi:
** Ahsoka. At one point, Kaeden runs up to Ahsoka and hugs her, saying that she could just kiss her right there. Ahsoka is surprised though not offended, and Kaeden apologizes when she realizes the inappropriateness of the situation at hand (and that Ahsoka could still be hung up on her Jedi issues regarding relationships).
** While Kaeden shows obvious attraction to Ahsoka from the beginning, Ahsoka is of course far more reserved, but that said, she does seem to pay extra attention to even slightly intimate things Kaeden does, including Kaeden just sitting on her bed.
