He tries to cautiously remind Jin-woo that Song-yi is a minor (making him an {{ephebophile}}, which would mean she is JailBait). Jin-woo just rolls his eyes at the misunderstanding in the novel, while he is left clueless what Jin-ho is talking about in the webcomic.
